  • Patent number: 10581309
Abstract: A linear motor for short strokes includes a primary section including a coil brace and coils disposed in it, as well as a secondary section that is movable relative to the primary section and has magnet holders with magnets placed on both sides of the coil brace. Spacers separate the magnet holders from each other such that the coil brace is movable between the two magnet holders. The spacers are guided through openings in the primary section.

  • Patent number: 10511216
Abstract: A sliding linear bearing includes a guide shaft on which a slider is movably guided in a guide direction. Bushes are inserted between the guide shaft and the slider including a main bush that is fixedly attached to the slider and a preloading bush that is held so as to be rotatable relative to the slider about the guide direction while being preloaded with a torque. The main bush and the preloading bush are preloaded by the torque in opposite directions of rotation without play relative to the guide shaft. A contact region between each of the bushes and the guide shaft blocks rotation about the guide direction between the slider and the guide shaft in both directions of rotation.

  • Patent number: 9777972
Abstract: A heat sink for the primary part of a linear motor includes a coil system having at least one coil that is to be energized when the motor is in operation, the heat sink being provided for accommodating the coil system of the primary part and forming at least one duct, through which a coolant is flowing during the operation of the heat sink, and at least one intake as well as at least one outlet for the coolant. The heat sink is arranged as an integrally formed component, which has an interface for connecting an object to be moved with the aid of the primary part, the interface having a contact surface via which the object to be moved is able to be brought into contact with the heat sink, and which is arranged and provided for cooling both the coil system of the primary part and the contact surface, such that coolant supplied to the heat sink through an intake is used for cooling the coil system and the contact surface.

  • Publication number: 20150162812
Abstract: A heat sink for the primary section of a linear motor, which includes a coil assembly having at least one coil to be supplied with current during operation of the motor, is bounded by a circumferential outer edge and is adapted to accommodate the coil assembly of the primary section. The heat sink is arranged as an assembly formed in one piece, on which a mounting section is integrally molded circumferentially along the outer edge, the mounting section defining at least one contact area for the positioning of a closing plate, such that, when at least one closing plate is mounted as intended on the mounting section, a space is formed, bounded by the heat sink and the at least one closing plate, in which the coil assembly is accommodated.
