    Abstract: A method supplies a lighting device with electrical energy, wherein the lighting device includes at least two integrated circuits with at least one LED group by a current source associated with this LED group. The method includes generating a supply voltage by a voltage regulator, adjusting a LED group current passing the LED groups by one of the respective current sources , detecting the voltage drops across the current sources, selecting one voltage drop of each integrated circuit as a characteristic voltage drop, generating a control value of the respective integrated circuit, according to the characteristic voltage drop, reducing the control voltage when the control voltage is greater than a control value of the respective integrated circuit, and controlling the output voltage in accordance with the control voltage and/or in accordance with a control bus voltage derived from the control voltage.

    Abstract: A cover electrically couples multiple storage cells of an electrical energy storage module. The cover has electrically conductive contact sockets which are embedded in an electrically insulating material of the cover and taper inwards on their insides, and into which terminals of the storage cells can be inserted to make electrical contact. Two connections are provided, one of which forms a positive terminal and the other of which forms a negative terminal of the electrically coupled storage cells. Multiple conductors electrically couple the storage cells, in particular for coupling the storage cells in series, in a predefined manner. The conductors are completely accommodated inside the cover, and the cover can be mounted on the storage cells such that it can be detached non-destructively.

    Abstract: A method operates a storage system for a vehicle. The storage system has a first storage module and a second storage module for providing electrical energy to or for receiving electrical energy from a distribution network. The distribution network is coupled to an electrical motor of the vehicle. The first storage module is coupled by a direct current voltage converter to the distribution network. The method determines whether an amount of a voltage difference between a power supply voltage of the distributor network and a first storage voltage of the first storage module is equal to or less than a voltage threshold value. The method carries out one or more measures for increasing the amount of the voltage difference when it is determined that the amount is equal to or less than the voltage threshold value.

    Abstract: An energy storage system is provided for an electrically driven vehicle, having a first energy storage unit which provides sufficient basic electric power to operate at least one electric motor of the vehicle. The first energy storage unit is connected to the electric motor of the vehicle via an inverter. A connection is provided via which at least one additional energy storage unit can be connected parallel to the first energy storage unit. In another variant, an energy storage system for an electrically driven vehicle has three energy storage units, each of which has at least one energy store. The three energy storage units are connected such that each energy storage unit provides one phase of a three-phase alternating current for an electric motor of the vehicle. The individual energy storage units can be expanded by adding additional energy stores.
