  • Patent number: 11590040
Abstract: The present invention relates to holding equipment at an operating table. In order to removably provide equipment at a patient support, a holding device (10) is provided that comprises an accessory rail (12) and at least a first portion (14) of a coupling is provided. The accessory rail is configured as an attachment interface (16) for temporal attachment of equipment (18) at a patient support (20). The accessory rail is rigidly connected to the first portion of the coupling. The first portion of the coupling is configured to provide, in interaction with a second portion (22) of the coupling, a movable connection for connecting the accessory rail to a patient support, wherein the movable connection is configured to provide a horizontal sliding movement of the accessory rail in relation to the patient support. The provision of a movable connection allows, for example, to temporarily move or even remove the accessory rail together with mounted equipment.

  • Patent number: 7163285
Abstract: A printer containing at least one support for a roll of printing paper web, a printer station including a print head, means for conveying the printing paper web from the roll to the printer station, driving means adapted for selectively driving the conveying means in a downstream conveying direction or an upstream conveying direction, a cutting station downstream of the printer station for cutting the printing paper web, means for detecting the passage of an end location on the end portion of the printing paper supplied from the roll and conveyed in the downstream direction to the printer station, controlling means for controlling the print head including means for entering and storing a printing job, the controlling means further including means for receiving a signal from the detecting means indicating the passage of the end location of the roll of the paper web and then to interrupt the printing job and to deactivate the driving means so as to hold the printed paper web upstream of the cutting means for a

  • Patent number: 7073889
Abstract: A method of printing pixel images on a sheet or web of paper using an ink-jet printer, said printer having a print head which reciprocates across the sheet or web of paper along a first path in a first direction and along a second path in a second, opposite direction, wherein the pixel image consist of a plurality of pixels located adjacent to each other as viewed in said first and second directions, including first and second pixels to be placed at the leading or upstream edges of the image in question as considered in the first and second directions, wherein the print head is controlled to discharge an ink droplet for forming the first and second pixels only when moving in the first and second directions, respectively and is repeated over the image.

  • Patent number: 7066570
Abstract: A method of printing a substrate with ink drops, image-wise, utilizing an inkjet printing device containing at least one print head provided with at least one row of nozzles, the substrate forming a regular field of pixel rows and pixel columns, the resolution of the pixel columns being equal to the resolution of the row of nozzles, wherein a first printing stage is initiated in which a strip of pixel rows is provided with ink drops, whereafter the print head is displaced in a direction substantially parallel to the pixel columns, and a second printing stage is initiated in which the strip is provided with supplementary ink drops, wherein the print head is displaced over a distance such that the same is substantially equal to the width of one pixel row.

  • Patent number: 6464331
Abstract: A method of printing a substrate with an inkjet printing device which utilizes at least one print head provided with at least two rows of nozzles, wherein substantially fixed locations on the substrate, which locations form a regular field of pixel rows and pixel columns, are provided with ink drops image-wise, the resolution of the pixel columns being greater than the resolution of the rows of nozzles, so that p, where p is equal to the quotient of the resolution of the pixel columns and the resolution of the rows of nozzles, is an integer greater than or equal to 2, comprising a first printing stage in which a strip of pixel rows is provided with ink drops, whereafter the print head is displaced in a direction substantially parallel to the pixel columns, and a second printing stage in which the strip is provided with supplementary ink drops, wherein the print head is displaced over a distance such that the same is equal to the width of a number of pixel rows selected from the set: ±(i+kp) wher
