  • Patent number: 9200628
Abstract: A peristaltic pump squeezes a hose between squeezing rollers and a counter bearing to move fluid through the hose. To compensate for production tolerances and non-uniformities in hose thickness, and to also keep the mechanical loading of the hose as low as possible during the operation of the pump, the spacing between the squeezing rollers and the active surface of the counter bearing can be varied. The counter bearing has a conical or cone-shaped adjusting surface which is supported against a complementarily shaped support surface on the pump housing. The spacing between the squeezing elements and the active surface of the counter bearing can be adjusted by moving the counter bearing relative to the support surface.

  • Patent number: 9033687
Abstract: The invention relates to a hose pump for delivering a medium conveyed through a hose, including a housing, a drive, a carrier rotatable with respect to the housing, and a plurality of squeeze rollers that are mounted rotatably on the carrier and can be driven by the drive via a gear with a sun wheel and with a first planet wheel connected so as to rotate with the respective squeeze roller, wherein rotating squeeze rollers, during operation of the pump, press a hose, which is inserted into the pump, by squeezing the hose against an abutment and in this way convey the medium onwards through the hose in the delivery direction. In order to permit easier and quicker insertion of a hose in such a hose pump, the invention proposes that, in addition to the first planet wheel, each squeeze roller is also assigned at least a second planet wheel, which is coupled to the inner circumference, acting as a hollow wheel, of the housing in order to set the carrier in rotation from the drive during operation of the pump.

  • Publication number: 20130045122
Abstract: The invention relates to a peristaltic pump (1) for conveying a medium conducted in a hose, having a housing (2) and having a plurality of squeezing elements (3) which press the hose, so as to squeeze the hose, against the active surface (4a) of a counter bearing (4) and thereby convey the medium in the hose onward in the conveying direction, wherein the spacing (d) between the squeezing elements (3) and the active surface (4a) of the counter bearing (4) is variable.

  • Publication number: 20090074597
Abstract: The invention relates to a roller pump which comprises an abutment (31, 52), at least one roller (51) and a casing (2, 3, 6). A pump hose (42) is squeezed between the roller (51) and the abutment (31, 52). A hinge (5) connects the abutment (31, 52) and the casing (2, 3, 6) pivotably, the axis of the hinge (5) being parallel to the plane of the pump hose (42). The invention further relates to a roller pump which comprises a resilient roll member (52) which is fixed to the abutment (31, 52). The pump hose (42) is pressed against the resilient roll member (52). The invention additionally relates to a roller pump which comprises two roller gears (37; 162). Each roller gear being torque-proof connected to one of the two rollers (51; 169). The two roller gears (37; 162) engage with another gear (33; 161, 160) for ensuring zero relative velocity of the portion of the rollers (35; 142) squeezing the pump hose (42) with respect to the squeezed portions of the pump hose (42).
