  • Patent number: 9993552
Abstract: The invention relates to formulations of single domain antigen binding molecules, e.g., nanobody molecules, in particular formulations of TNF-binding nanobody molecules. The single domain antigen binding molecules can include one or more single binding domains that interact with, e.g., bind to, one or more target proteins. The formulations are useful, e.g., as pharmaceutical formulations. Method of preparing, and using the formulations described herein, to treat, e.g., TNF-associated disorders, are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20160302517
Abstract: A footwear construction having a strobel-stitched bottomed upper and a sole assembly with a topsole disposed above the strobel board. The topsole is manufactured from a foam having an average modulus at a stress of 535 kilopascals of from about 750 kilopascals to about 950 kilopascals. The foam also has an energy efficiency of at least about 78%, and a dynamic compression set of less than about 10%. The sole assembly may include an inner sole disposed above the topsole. The inner sole may be manufactured from EVA foam. The topsole may have a thickness of at least 1 mm, the inner sole may have a thickness of at least 3 mm, and the total thickness of the topsole and inner sole may be at least 5 mm. The sole assembly may include a midsole, and possibly an outsole, disposed below the strobel board.

  • Publication number: 20110107502
Abstract: This disclosure relates to training and recovery clothing and related methods. In some aspects, a garment includes a fabric having about 41-54 wt % polyester, 27-43 wt % nylon, and about 16-19 wt % polyurethane-polyurea copolymer, and the fabric is constructed to increase oxygen levels in a wearer of the garment. In some aspects, a shoe includes a tongue with an inner surface to which a stand-alone polyester fiber is threaded through in a netting configuration, the fiber is constructed to increase oxygen levels in a wearer of the shoe.
