    Abstract: A lens system includes a pair of transparent and incompressible thin films. The first film has a substantially flat first outer surface facing an external image acquisition device, and a substantially flat first inner surface facing the opposite side with respect to the first outer surface and towards the inside of the system. The second film has a flat second outer surface intended to facing an external sample, and a flat second inner surface facing the opposite side with respect to the second outer surface and towards the inside of the system. A pair of transparent lenses have a short focal length. Each lens has a flat contact surface coupled to the first inner surface, and a curved surface. A separation portion is made of compressible elastic material, positioned between the inner surfaces and laterally relative to the lenses, to space out the curved surfaces.
