  • Patent number: 7691799
Abstract: The present invention is related to a conditioning composition for hair comprising at least one arylated silicone and at least one silicone quaternary compound. The conditioning composition of the present invention can be in the form of a shampoo, cleansing-conditioning composition, or in the form of a conditioner used after washing hair with cleansing compositions. It has surprisingly been found out that a composition comprising at least one arylated silicone and at least one silicone quaternary compound gives hair its natural excellent shine, volume and body, elasticity and it is easily manageable.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 7, 2008
Date of Patent: April 6, 2010
Assignee: KPSS-Kao Professional Salon Services GmbH

  • Patent number: 7507696
Abstract: The present invention is related to an aqueous cleansing composition especially for keratin fibers such as human hair with reduced color wash our and therewith color durability is extended. Accordingly the subject of the present invention is an aqueous cleansing composition especially for keratin fibers such as human hair comprising one or more surfactant selected form anionic, non-ionic and amphoteric ones at a concentration of 5 to 50% by weight calculated to total composition, at least one monoglyceride with 12 to 22 C atoms in fatty acid moiety and at least one compound comprising a silicone polymer, a quaternary ammonium group and a polyether group in its molecule.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 29, 2007
Date of Patent: March 24, 2009
Assignee: KPSS-Kao Professissional Slaon Sservices GmbH

  • Publication number: 20090041706
Abstract: The present invention is related to a conditioning composition for hair comprising at least one polyphenol and at least one silicone quaternary compound. The conditioning composition of the present invention can be in the form of a shampoo, cleansing—conditioning composition, or in the form of a conditioner used after washing hair with cleansing compositions. It has surprisingly been found out that a composition comprising at least one polyphenol and at least one silicone quaternary compound protects hair from environmental influences and hair treated with such a composition looks attractive and has its natural excellent shine, volume and body, elasticity and it is easily manageable. Accordingly the first object of the present invention is a conditioning composition for hair comprising at least one polyphenol and at least one silicone quaternary compound.

  • Publication number: 20080260673
Abstract: The present invention is related to composition for conditioning keratin fibres especially human hair with reduced bulk density. The inventors of the present invention have found out that a conditioning composition comprising at least one shear thickening polymer and at least one conditioning compound and having reduced bulk density solves the above mentioned problems in an outstanding environmental compatible way. Since the reduced bulk density the composition is perceived light which for example cause no weigh down effect. The reduced bulk density at the same time improves and optimizes spreadability of the composition to the applied sites and therewith optimizes as well the uptake, in other words, the effect of such composition. Accordingly the subject of the present invention is an aqueous conditioning composition for keratin fibres especially human hair comprising at least one shear thinning polymer, at least one conditioning compound, at least one gas and having a bulk density in the range of 0.3 to 0.
