    Abstract: The present invention relates to methods and systems for generating a database of protein secondary structures that are at an interface of a two-chain inter-protein interaction. Collections of secondary structures identified according to the methods disclosed herein, and their use in identifying therapeutic drug candidates potentially effective in modulating a two-chain inter-protein interaction having a secondary structure at its interface, are also disclosed.
