Abstract: The invention relates to a device and method for the treatment of illnesses of paranasal sinuses, and neuritis and neuralgia of the trigeminal nerve. More particularly, the present invention provides for a device and method for treating sinusitis. Even more particularly, the present invention provides for a device and method for administering a revulsive having an active ingredient to treat inflammation and infection. The device comprising a facial mask, an inflatable elastic pad affixed to the mask and a compress containing a revulsive having an active ingredient. In addition, a method of administering a revulsive to a portion of a person's skin in need thereof is disclosed. Other improvements and a method for implanting the device are disclosed as well.
