  • Publication number: 20240061879
Abstract: This disclosure concerns the provision of media, and more particularly streaming of media. In particular, one aspect herein relates to a method performed by a server system of streaming an audio content item to an electronic device. In response to receiving a request message from the electronic device, a selected audio content item is retrieved from a first storage. Descriptive metadata including an origin-ID associated with the retrieved audio content item is determined. A second storage is browsed utilizing said metadata including the origin-ID to locate non-static media content item(s) associated with the origin-ID. In response to finding a non-static media content item associated with the origin ID, the selected audio content item is sent along with the located non-static media content item to the electronic device for simultaneous presentation of the audio content item and the located non-static media content item.

  • Publication number: 20160081456
Abstract: The specification provides an eye makeup brush that includes a handle, a ferrule, and a brush head. The ferrule has a first side and a second side disposed at an acute angle relative to one another. The brush head includes a plurality of bristles having first ends secured within the ferrule and opposite second ends defining an applicator surface, the bristles extending axially from the ferrule. The shape of the brush head is defined by the shape of the ferrule. The applicator surface is adapted to receive a supply of eye makeup and to form an eye makeup shape for direct application onto a person's skin by pressing the applicator surface of the brush head onto the person's skin and thereby forming a mark on the person's skin that is reflective of the shape of the ferrule and brush head.

  • Patent number: 8378106
Abstract: A method is described for preparing argatroban monohydrate obtained from (2R,4R)-1-[NG-nitro-N2-(3-methyl-8-quinolinesulphonyl)-L-arginyl]-4-methyl-2-piperidine carboxylic acid by suitably treating crude argatroban. The method either comprises preparation of argatroban monohydrate in a continuous step or an intermediate step of isolating a purified argatroban. Also obtainable from argatroban monohydrate is anhydrous argatroban, shown to have new physico-chemical characteristics. The described argatroban synthesis and purification process hence enables three different forms of argatroban, not previously described, to be obtained, each with distinctive physico-chemical characteristics and in particular enables argatroban monohydrate to be obtained with high yield and with high purity, being therefore a product suitable for use as active principle in proprietary medicines.
