  • Patent number: 10287141
Abstract: The present invention relates to a lattice piece for a crane boom consisting of a first and a second lattice section element, each comprising a first chord member which extends substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the lattice section element, a second chord member which extends substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the lattice section element, a first web member which is firmly connected with the first chord member and the second chord member, and preferably extends in the plane defined by the first chord member and the second chord member, wherein a first web member is firmly connected with the first chord member and rises from a plane defined by the first chord member and the second chord member, wherein at its end facing away from the first chord member the second web member includes a fastening means for a releasable connection.

  • Patent number: 9163103
Abstract: Water-soluble, hydrophobically associating copolymers which comprise new types of hydrophobically associating monomers. The monomers comprise an ethylenically unsaturated group and a polyether group with block structure comprising a hydrophilic polyalkylene oxide block which consists essentially of ethylene oxide groups, and a terminal, hydrophobic polyalkylene oxide block which consists of alkylene oxides with at least 4, preferably at least 5 carbon atoms.
    Type: Grant

  • Publication number: 20120238670
Abstract: Hydrophobically associating nanocomposites which contain a silica, a hydrophobically modified monomer and a hydrophilic monomer. The silica constituent comprises an aqueous colloidal solution of amorphous silicon dioxide (SiO2), from 0.1 to 10% by weight of the hydrophobically modified monomer and from 10% by weight to 99.9% by weight of the hydrophilic monomer. The preparation of nanocomposites is effected by a free radical polymerization as gel polymerization in the aqueous phase. These nanocomposites have a substantially improved action as water retention agents and rheology modifiers in aqueous construction material systems and have improved properties compared with currently used products.
