  • Patent number: 10964919
Abstract: The present teachings relate to an organic electroluminescent transistor with improved light-emission characteristics. More specifically, the present organic electroluminescent transistor has an emissive ambipolar channel including at least one layer of an n-type semiconductor material, at least one layer of a p-type semiconductor material, and at least one layer of an emissive material arranged between the layers of the p-type and n-type semiconductor materials, where the multilayer emissive ambipolar channel includes, among various layers, a layer of a p-type semiconductor material comprising a benzothieno-benzothiophene compound, and/or a layer of an emissive material comprising a blend material that includes an organic carbazole derivative as the host matrix compound and an iridium complex as the guest emitter.

  • Patent number: 10948244
Abstract: A fin for a finned pack for heat exchangers, includes a plate in which a plurality of through holes is made for the positioning of tubes to convey a first heat exchange fluid, the plate having an edge as well as two main faces each to be contacted by a second heat exchange fluid in a crossing direction from an inlet portion to an outlet portion of the edge of the plate.

Date of Patent: March 16, 2021
    Assignee: STEFANI S.P.A.
    Inventors: Enrico Moscatelli, Andrea Stefani
  • Patent number: 10409159
Abstract: The present teachings relate to a photopatternable composition including a vinylidene fluoride-based polymer, a photosensitive non-nucleophilic base, and a crosslinking agent. The photopatternable composition can be used to prepare a patterned thin film component for use in an electronic, optical, or optoelectronic device such as an organic thin film transistor. The patterned thin film component can be used as a gate dielectric with a high dielectric constant, for example, a dielectric constant greater than 10.

  • Patent number: 9821679
Abstract: A method for the diagnosis of the offset of the resolver of an electric motor, comprising acquiring a predetermined offset of a resolver associated with the electric motor; in a first transient, supplying an excitation current to the phases of the electric motor. As a consequence of the excitation current, a current established on the axis d of minimum reluctance and a current established on an axis q in phase quadrature with respect to the axis of minimum reluctance are determined. The correctness of the offset of the resolver is diagnosed if the current established on the axis d in the first transient is higher than the current established on the axis d in the second or third transient, and if the current established on the axis q in the first transient is lower than the current established on the axis q in the second or third transient.
