  • Publication number: 20240369152
Abstract: A solenoid valve, including a valve housing with a fluid channel and a valve member located moveably in the fluid channel between a first and a second functional position and a solenoid coil to move the valve member. A valve control provides electrical energy to the solenoid coil and includes a timer, which timer is activated by a first movement signal to the valve control or which timer is activated upon arrival of the valve member in the first functional position. The timer has a first state before a predefined time span has elapsed and the timer has a second state after the predefined time span has elapsed and the valve control interrogates the respective state and provides a first quantity of electrical energy during the first state and provides a second quantity of electrical energy, which is greater than the first quantity, during the second state.

  • Patent number: 11959563
Abstract: A membrane valve, with a valve housing, in which a housing interior is formed, in which housing interior a flexible control membrane is arranged. A drive plunger lies opposite a valve seat and the drive plunger has a shank body with a peripheral outer lateral surface. The outer lateral surface of the shank body of the drive plunger at least in the region of a guide section has a polygonally contoured prismatic shaping with a succession of outer side edges and outer side surfaces, wherein the edges and surfaces extend in the plunger longitudinal direction and the succession alternates in the circumferential direction of the drive plunger.

  • Patent number: 11326705
Abstract: A diaphragm valve includes a valve housing in which a switching rocker, which is pivotable about a pivot axis and which interacts with a control diaphragm for opening and closing at least one valve channel, is arranged. The pivot axis is defined by a mounting web, on which the switching rocker bears in a pivotably movable manner. The mounting web is an integral constituent of a mounting unit, said mounting unit being fastened to the valve housing in a drive chamber by way of fastening measures. Without the fastening measures, the mounting unit can be displaced in order to adjust a desired height distance of the mounting web.

  • Patent number: 9697942
Abstract: An electromagnet including a wire coil and a coil core, wherein the wire coil is accommodated on a coil body and includes a plurality of windings which surround the coil core and define a winding axis, wherein the coil body includes end pieces spaced apart along the winding axis and axially bounding the wire coil, which end pieces are connected to each other by at least two connecting webs extending along the winding axis and defining, together with a recess in at least one of the end pieces, an accommodating space for the coil core which is bounded by a rectangular envelope having at least one profile protruding inwards in a cross-sectional plane oriented perpendicular to the winding axis, and wherein the coil core has a recess which extends along the winding axis in at least some sections and which corresponds to the profile.

  • Patent number: 9476510
Abstract: A diaphragm valve has a valve housing and a valve member movable relative to said housing. The valve member includes a diaphragm carrier that can be driven to execute a switchover motion having a sealing diaphragm mounted thereon, which delimits a valve chamber in which a valve seat is found. The sealing diaphragm has a sealing section opposite said valve seat belonging at least partially to a loose diaphragm section of the sealing diaphragm, which can lift from the diaphragm carrier to reduce the stress on the sealing diaphragm when said diaphragm carrier is removed from the valve seat during switching.
