  • Publication number: 20250056677
Abstract: An electrical heating device comprises two heating chambers between which an electrical heating assembly is formed. Via a distributor a flow of a medium to be heated entering the electrical heating device in the inflow direction is divided into a first partial flow and a second partial flow. The first partial flow flows through the first heating chamber, while the second partial flow flows through the second heating chamber. For this purpose, the distributor has a distributing body, which may be configured as a conical bod that is rotationally symmetrical about an axis of symmetry. The axis of symmetry may be parallel to an inlet axis. Alternatively, the distributing body can also be configured as an overflow edge.

  • Publication number: 20250056681
Abstract: An electrical heating device for heating a liquid medium includes a first heating chamber, a second heating chamber, and an electrical heating assembly which is provided between the first heating chamber and the second heating chamber and which is coupled to the first heating chamber and the second heating chamber in a heat-conducting manner. In order to provide an electrical heating device which can be easily adapted to different heating powers and/or operating voltages, the first heating chamber has a first channel section, and the second heating chamber has a second channel section. The first channel section and/or the second channel section form a flow connection between the two heating chambers which passes through the plane containing the electrical heating assembly and the length of which can be varied in a direction transverse to the plane containing the electrical heating assembly.

  • Patent number: 11820441
Abstract: An electromechanical steering system may include a reduction gearbox where a worm gear is mounted in first and second bearings rotatably about a longitudinal axis. Rolling elements are disposed between inner and outer rings of the bearings. The inner rings are rotationally fixed on a shaft driven by the worm gear. A spring element is disposed between the inner ring of the second bearing and the worm gear. The spring element has an at least partially annular main body that when installed extends coaxially with the longitudinal axis. Spring arms in a circumferential direction are spaced apart from the longitudinal axis emanating from an external circumferential side of the main body. A first spring arm has a first leg that points away from the longitudinal axis and a second leg on which a free end is disposed, with the second leg running at least partially parallel to the longitudinal axis.

  • Patent number: 5135166
Abstract: A thermal spray gun having an advanced, streamlined design which simplifies assembly of the gun components and reduces maintenance downtime. The thermal spray gun has a fuel/oxidant gas nozzle with a plurality of oxygen outlets arranged in a ring upon a discharge face. Three alternative fuel gas outlet configurations provide a combustion flame within a barrel having an inlet adjacent the fuel/oxidant gas nozzle discharge face. Powdered feedstock is supplied through a centrally disposed feedstock injector and is heated by the combustion flame. Oxidant gas, fuel gas and power feedstock are simultaneously discharged into the barrel, through a single plane perpendicular to the direction of gas and feedstock flow.
