  • Patent number: 9074641
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a coupling assembly for connecting an optionally drivable secondary driveline to a permanently driven primary driveline, comprising a friction coupling and an axial setting device. The friction coupling has a first coupling part and a second coupling part which are rotatable around an axis of rotation A and which, by axial forces, can be coupled to one another for transmitting torque. The axial setting device is configured for actuating the friction coupling, wherein the axial setting device comprises a first ring which is at least indirectly axially supported relative to a fixed component and a second ring which is supported at least indirectly relative to the first ring and which, when at least one of the first and second rings; is rotated around the axis A, is axially displaceable, wherein, for rotating the at least one of the first and second rings there is provided a linear driving mechanism.

  • Publication number: 20120233753
Abstract: An apparatus and method relating to a waterless urinal assembly capable of being mounted, molded, or assembled upon a conventional urinal. The waterless urinal assembly comprises mainly a bowl assembly and a waterless urinal cartridge. An implementation of the apparatus includes a sheathing configured to seal the waterless urinal cartridge upon the bowl assembly. A further implementation includes an adapter piece configured to releasably couple to the sheathing and a waste hose configured to couple with the adapter piece. The waste hose may then be inserted through the waste line of the conventional urinal. The conversion of a conventional urinal into a waterless or semi-waterless urinal promotes water conservation and reduces costs associated with maintenance while preventing the spread of harmful bacteria in lavatories.

  • Patent number: 7798739
Abstract: The invention relates to a connection arrangement in which two parts can be coupled to a corresponding engagement means without play. A connection device having at least one elastically resilient portion is located in the engagement region of the two engagement means, the elastically resilient portion being stressed based on the coupling of the two parts due to deformation such that the two parts are in mutual engagement without play. Furthermore, a latch element is formed at the elastically resilient portion or at another resilient portion in the engagement region of the two engagement means. The latch element serves as a transport lock and as an installation aid and latches the second part in a predetermined relative position with respect to a third part before the coupling of the two parts.

  • Patent number: 7717010
Abstract: The invention relates to a gearbox comprising a shift fork (4) that is displaced by an actuator using a shaft (2), whereby a rotational displacement of said shaft is translated into a displacement of the shift fork. To achieve an accurate displacement with minimum installation space, the gate (14) is configured on a sleeve (13) that is connected to the shift fork unit (4) in a rotationally fixed manner, said sleeve acting on the shift fork unit (4) in the direction of the displacement by means of a spring (24) and the shaft (2) runs through the sleeve (13), said shaft comprising a finger (11) that protrudes radially and co-operates with the gate. The shift fork unit (4) forms a housing (8) that surrounds the sleeve (13) and the spring accumulator (24) and that comprises bearing surfaces (34), by means of which the shift fork unit (4) is guided on the shaft (2) in the direction of the displacement.
