  • Publication number: 20240101608
Abstract: The present invention provides optimized nucleic acid molecules, methods for optimization of nucleic acid molecules and uses of optimized nucleic acid molecules. A modular design principle is provided that is suitable to generate a nucleic acid, particularly mRNA, which is tailored for a respective application. The nucleic acid molecules of the present invention can be obtained by the versatile combination of multiple modules on nucleic acid level. Such nucleic acid, e.g. mRNA, can be tailored by combining one or more modules, comprising (i) a nucleic acid moiety encoding a polypeptide of interest (e.g. a protein potentially producing a therapeutic outcome) and (ii) at least one further coding or non-coding nucleic acid moiety, e.g.

  • Publication number: 20170201547
Abstract: A method and system are disclosed for detecting interference with a remote visual interface, such as a HTML webpage, at a client computer, particularly to determine if a malicious attack such as at HTML attack has occurred. When the web server receives a request for a page, a script is embedded in the page, and as a consequence the client computer requests at least one session key and at least one one time password from an enterprise server. The client computer also performs a check of the HTML interface present on the client computer, which an attack of this type would change. The result of the interface check, encrypted with the session key and one time password, is sent to the enterprise server, so that a comparison with the expected value for the website can be performed.

  • Publication number: 20160149955
Abstract: A method of establishing secure communications between a first computer, eg a client computer, and a second computer, eg a web server, whereby the client computer receives one or more security policies relating to the web server. A client application examines the client computer and preferably configures one or more aspects of the client computer in order to make it comply with the security policies. Once the web server receives the results of this examination and/or configuration process, it can determine whether the secure communications are to be established and whether any restrictions need to be placed on this communication and/or the activity conducted via the communication.

  • Publication number: 20160127319
Abstract: A computer system for evaluating transactions in a network includes a storage medium, one or more processors coupled to said storage medium, and computer code stored in said storage medium. Computer code, when retrieved from said storage medium and executed by said one or more processor, causes the system to receive a plurality of transactions over the network, and automatically generating rules for evaluating the transactions, using the computer system. Each of the rules includes variables and partition of values of the variables, each partition having an assigned score. The computer system also automatically combining the rule scores to form a final score.

  • Publication number: 20050234856
Abstract: With respect to overcoming the deficiencies of current antivirus and malicious code scanners, the present invention provides a method for monitoring the content of a data object comprising XML-coded data, wherein the method comprises one or more steps determining, for one or more categories, a degree to which one or more of pieces of plaintext data, comprised in said data object and indicative of one or more unique identifiers belonging to a group of unique identifiers, match data associated with the respective category. The invention likewise provides a method for monitoring the content of a data object comprising XML-coded data, comprising one or more steps identifying, on the basis of XML markup, XML elements within one or more parts of said data object and performing, for at least one of said identified XML elements, a content check of the respective XML element.
