    Abstract: A folded filter medium for a filter element is provided with a cellulose substrate impregnated with a phenolic resin and furthermore provided with an ePTFE layer arranged on the cellulose substrate. A filter element with such a filter medium is provided. A filter assembly with a filter element having such a filter medium is also provided. A method for producing such a filter medium includes the steps of impregnating the cellulose substrate with the phenolic resin; applying the ePTFE layer onto the cellulose substrate impregnated with the phenolic resin; folding the cellulose substrate with the ePTFE layer applied thereon; and curing the phenolic resin.

    Abstract: A brake dust particle filter for a disc brake assembly is provided to catch particles generated during braking. The brake dust particle filter has a ring segment-shaped housing with two axially spaced apart housing side walls and a radially outwardly positioned housing peripheral wall. The housing peripheral wall is arranged between the housing side walls. The housing accommodates the brake disc in the housing interior. A tongue projects inwardly away from the housing peripheral wall in the housing interior. The tongue projects at least in sections with a radial component and has a flat cross section with a base surface facing the housing peripheral wall, an end face projecting into the housing interior, and a side face. The tongue is formed by a filter medium and has no supporting device components separate from the filter medium. The filter medium provides a satisfactory stiffness keeping the tongue structurally stiff.

The handle section is formed with a reduced outer wall thickness in an actuation region and has a deformability that is increased with respect to the remaining sections of the handle. The outer wall thickness is reduced solely on the outer wall face oriented towards the interior. The handle outer wall inner face oriented towards the interior is coated with a metal layer at least in the actuation region. The electronic sensor device comprises at least one inductive distance sensor which lies opposite the metal layer in the interior of the handle to detect a deformation of the opposing outer wall.

The handle element can be moved into the extended position, in which it releases the closing cylinder in order to insert the key, when the handle element is actuated using an extension actuation force.
