  • Patent number: 10258061
Abstract: A method and device for producing individual strip-shaped objects. The method and device supply substantially rectangular sheets from which strip-shaped objects are to be formed. In forming the individual strips, the method and device separate an individual strip from the sheet along a front most groove, which forms a predetermined spacing between the individual consecutive separated strips for a subsequent onward conveying of the formed strips. Next, the method and device detect an actual position of each individually separated strip during the separation of the strips from the sheet, and corrects the position of the individual separated strips if the detected actual position of the strip does not correspond to a position which matches the predetermined spacing between the individual consecutive strips.

  • Publication number: 20080278366
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and device with which a vehicle traveling through a radar cone is classified by means of length criteria. The length criteria are formed by the difference of the driven distance that the vehicle covers, during which it reflects the radar beam, and the passage distance of the vehicle through the radar cone, which gives a more or less precise measurement for the vehicle length according to the accuracy of the determined passage distance. For determining the passage distance, range values are derived from the radar signals.

  • Patent number: 6434340
Abstract: In a method for traffic monitoring, data related to a traffic situation is measured. A picture of a traffic scene related to the traffic situation is generated on a photographic film. The data is recorded on the photographic film by converting the data to a first set of binary energizing signals which is energizing recording arrangements, so as to generate a numeric or alphanumeric representation of the data on the film in a first recording field thereof. The data is converted to a second set of binary energizing signals which energizes a recording arrangement, so as to generate a neither numeric nor alphanumeric pattern on the film in a second recording field.
