  • Publication number: 20160368360
Abstract: A transmission includes a main gear set, an auxiliary gear set and an electric motor with a rotor and a stator. A third shaft of the main gear set is connected to a transmission output shaft, and a first shaft of the auxiliary gear set is connected to the rotor. When a second shaft of the auxiliary gear set is connected to a first shaft of the main gear set, a third shaft of the auxiliary gear set is constantly connected to the third shaft of the main gear set or a fourth shaft of the main gear set. When the second shaft of the auxiliary gear set is connected to the third shaft of the main gear set, the third shaft of the auxiliary gear set is constantly connected to the fourth shaft of the main gear set.

  • Publication number: 20160319916
Abstract: Transmission (G) with a transmission input shaft (GW1) and a transmission output shaft (GW2), a main gear set (HRS), an auxiliary gear set (ZRS), and an electric motor (EM) with a rotor (R) and a stator (S), whereas the transmission (G) features at least one power path (L1, L2) between the transmission input shaft (GW1) and the main gear set (HRS), whereas the main gear set (HRS) features a first and a second planetary gear set (P1, P2) with a total of four shafts (W1, W2, W3, W4) designated in the order of rotational speeds as the first, second, third and fourth shafts, whereas the at least one power path (L1, L2) is connectable through at least one shift element (A, B, D, E) to at least one of the four shafts (W1, W2, W3, W4) of the main gear set (HRS), whereas the third shaft (W3) of the main gear set (HRS) is connected to the transmission output shaft (GW2), whereas the auxiliary gear set (ZRS) features a planetary gear set (P4) with a first, second and third shaft (W1 P4, W2P4, W3P4), whereas the first s

  • Publication number: 20160319932
Abstract: A device for actuating multiple shift elements of a transmission device is described. Each of the pistons for a change in operating state of the shift elements in the area of active surfaces can be subjected to a fluid pressure acting in a first or second actuating direction. The fluid pressure actively applied in the first actuating direction can be separately adjusted for each of the shift elements, while the fluid pressure actively applied in the second actuating direction is essentially the same for all shift elements. The pistons are arranged coaxially to each other, radially into each other, and in a manner axially displaceable in sections in one intermediate plate. The intermediate plate features areas for applying the fluid pressures acting in the first actuating direction. The area through which the fluid pressure acting in the second actuating direction can be guided to the pistons is limited.

  • Publication number: 20150323061
Abstract: A planetary gear set has a sun gear, multiple planetary gears mounted on a planetary carrier, and a ring gear enclosing the planetary gears, which is designed in split form perpendicular to its axis of rotation and is formed from two ring gear parts arranged coaxially to each other. An adapter component that, for the purpose of a torque-transferring or torque-supporting operative connection of the planetary carrier, is connected in a torque-proof manner to an additional component in a mounted state with the planetary carrier, and is guided, viewed radially, outward by the ring gear parts.

  • Patent number: 6729199
Abstract: The invention concerns an apparatus for torque transmission and axial securing of a first (24) and a second (26) torque conducting component. The apparatus has the form of a ring shaped component (20), which possesses along its circumference projections (22) which are spaced from one another and which are insertable in such a manner in the spaces between projections (28) of the second component (26) which lies on a surface (30) of the first component (24), that the sides of the projections (22) which face the surface (30) of the first component (24) can be affixed to the first component (24).
