  • Patent number: 9941042
Abstract: An electromagnetic actuating apparatus, in particular a proportional magnet or switching magnet, includes a magnet armature (4) guided for axial movement in a pole tube (2). The pole tube is at least partially surrounded by a coil winding and is adjoined by a pole core (10) via a separating region (20) forming a magnetic decoupling. On energization of the coil winding (52), a magnetic force acts on the armature (4) to move the armature (4) in the direction of the pole core (10) within a travel area. At least one insert (28) of ferromagnetic material with a preset axial thickness is between the armature (4) and the pole core (10) to shorten, as desired, the axial length of the travel area.

Abstract: An electromagnetic actuating apparatus, in particular a proportional magnet or switching magnet, comprising a magnet armature (4), which is guided in axially movable fashion in a pole tube (2), which is at least partially surrounded by a coil winding and which is adjoined by a pole core (10) via a separating region (20) forming a magnetic decoupling, wherein, on energization of the coil winding (52), a magnetic force acts on the armature (4), which magnetic force attempts to move said armature (4) in the direction of the pole core (10) within a travel area, characterized in that at least one insert (28) consisting of ferromagnetic material with a preset axial thickness can be introduced between the armature (4) and the pole core (10) in order to shorten, as desired, the axial length of the travel area.

  • Patent number: 8960639
Abstract: A solenoid valve for controlling a fluid has a first housing part (2) and an axial guide (3) facing inwards for an armature (4) that can be displaced in the axial guide (3) under the effect of a solenoid (5) that at least partially surrounds the exterior of the first housing part (2). A return spring (6) and a closing element (27) impact a valve closing element (7). A second housing part (9) is arranged coaxially to the first housing part (2). The first housing part (2) has a reduced wall portion (17) that faces inwards towards the armature (4) and the second housing part (9) and that effects a magnetic separation of the two housing parts (2, 9) to at least some extent.

  • Patent number: 6346870
Abstract: A displacement sensor system for solenoid coils includes at least two primary coil windings arranged in line on a main coil body to form a primary winding. A secondary coil winding is arranged on top of each primary coil winding to form a secondary winding. This displacement sensor system is configured in such a way that it can be produced in an economical manner and with a reduced length.
