  • Patent number: 11106707
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus include computer programs encoded on a computer-readable storage medium, including a system for providing content. A stored query and a set of features of the stored query are accessed. The set of features of the stored query specifies a main query topic and at least one query subtopic. A hierarchical application classification for a particular application is accessed that specifies at least a main application category and an application sub-category for the particular application. A level of similarity is determined between the set of features of the stored query and the hierarchical application classification. A determination is made that the particular application is relevant to the stored query based on the level of similarity meeting a specified threshold. The stored query is indexed as a query that triggers presentation of information related to the particular application when the stored query is received.

  • Publication number: 20150088859
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for identifying click magnet images. In one aspect, a method includes obtaining selections vector for images. A selection vector for an image can include vector elements that correspond to a unique search query. The value of each vector element can be proportional to a number of selections of image search results that included a representation of the image when the search results were presented in response to the unique search query. The image can be deemed be a click magnet image based at least in part on a first number of selections of image search results that included a representation of the image for search queries categorized as belonging to a set of categories and a total number of selections of image search results that included a representation of the image.

  • Patent number: 8893289
Abstract: Data privacy administration is described, including receiving, with a computer system, resource access records that correspond to accesses of user resources by an administrator of an application that stores the user resources; processing, with the computer system, the resource access records to generate structured audit records that correspond to the resource access records, the structured audit records includes a resource identifier that corresponds to the resource that was accessed and an accessed-by identifier that indicates an administrator that accessed the resource; and analyzing the structured audit records using a plurality of resource privacy modules that include resource privacy rules that define violation detection scores specifying likelihoods of whether one or more resource accesses are problematic accesses, wherein the resource privacy modules are provided from two or more different domains.
