  • Publication number: 20200378068
Abstract: The machine (10) comprises a Yankee cylinder (35), having a cylindrical side surface (35S), rotating around an axis (35A) thereof, and a continuous flexible member (17) comprising a first surface (17A) suitable to receive a layer of cellulose pulp (S), comprising cellulose fibers and water, and a second surface (17B), opposite to the first surface (17A). A guide roller (31) is also provided, around which the continuous flexible member (17) is driven. The second surface (17B) of the continuous flexible member (17) is in contact with the first guide roller (31). The machine further comprises a first pressure roller (33) around which the continuous flexible member (17) is driven, arranged downstream of the guide roller (31) with respect to a feeding direction of the layer of cellulose pulp (S).

  • Patent number: 7048542
Abstract: A dental splint for fixing a tooth with increased mobility, which dental splint has several eyes, adjacent eyes being interconnected via a flat connection, and the individual eyes each having a through-opening which is surrounded by a link so that it is possible, by way of the through-opening, to apply an adhesive to the tooth located behind the respective through-opening to secure the dental splint on the tooth, wherein the through-opening of the eye is substantially diamond-shaped, and wherein the flat connection between the eyes is at least approximately twice as wide as the link which surrounds the through-openings.

  • Publication number: 20030180689
Abstract: A dental splint (2) for fixing a tooth (Z4, Z5) with increased mobility has several eyes (10), adjacent eyes (10) being interconnected. The individual eyes (10) each have a through opening (11) which is surrounded by a link (12a, 12b, 12c, 12d), so that e.g. an adhesive (KK) can be applied to the tooth (Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5, Z6, Z7) that is located behind a particular through opening (11) through said through opening (11) in order to fix the dental splint (2) on the tooth. The invention is characterised in that the connection (13) between adjacent eyes (10) is configured in the form of a flat connection (13).
