  • Publication number: 20230406990
Abstract: The present invention relates to reactive compounds for the production of polyurethane layers, said compounds comprising an isocyanate component composed of at least one polyfunctional isocyanate, an oligomer of a polyfunctional isocyanate or an isocyanate prepolymer, a polyol component composed of at least one polyol, and a catalyst system comprising a metal-based catalyst based on a salt or an organometallic compound and a diketo compound having a melting point of ?15° C. The catalyst system has the characteristic feature of low toxicity and very low reactivity under processing conditions, but can be activated by increasing the temperature, with the result that polyurethanes that have reacted as far as possible can be formed in a short time. The present invention further relates to methods for producing such polyurethane layers, to polyurethane layers produced from the reactive compounds, and to composite structures that comprise such polyurethane layers.

  • Publication number: 20230138753
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer storage media for providing financial data analytics recommendations using a data analytics engine in a customer relationship management system. The recommendations can be a lead that is information associated with a model-generated suggested consumer solution, an alert of increased risk of attrition, or an alert of increased risk of default. The data analytics engine is configured to generate target variables associated with financial products or the customer relationship and utilize modeling techniques and apply rules to generate recommendations. Operationally, the recommendations are generated based on a data analytics model. Generating the recommendations is based on feature variables that are generated based on aggregation and transformation of customer data and utilizing machine learning models to detect patterns in the customer data using the feature variables.

  • Patent number: 9998118
Abstract: Flexible sheet made of polymer material, preferably a plastics-material sheet provided with a grain structure or embossing, which has functional surface-area regions designed in the form of a switching, sensor or operating element such that the sheet is of multi-layered design at least in the region of the functional surface-area regions, wherein at least one layer made of conductive polymer material is arranged in the functional surface-area regions, wherein the layer made of conductive material is spaced apart, on the rear side, from the visible surface of the sheet and is connected to an electronic control and regulating device, which detects changes in electrical properties of the sheet in the functional surface-area regions and converts these into actuating, switching or control signals.

  • Patent number: 7175779
Abstract: A thermotropic main-chain liquid crystalline homo- or copolymer forming a liquid crystalline phase and containing an aromatic monomer with functional groups in ortho- or meta-position. The polymer exhibits both isotropic and anisotropic properties. The present invention also provides a method for the preparation of the present polymers as well as a method of increasing the melt-processibility of polyester-based liquid crystalline polymers comprising the step of incorporating into the polymers 1 to 30 mol-% of, e.g., a ortho-substituted monomer with hydroxyl and/or carboxylic groups.

  • Publication number: 20040134588
Abstract: A method for producing a molded body firmly bonded to a grained molded skin by inserting a spatially conformed, elastic skin having a graining or structuring on the inside into a receiving mold open on one side of a tool bottom part. A liquid plastic film that forms the molded skin after hardening is then applied to the grained inside of the elastic skin. The molded skin is then back-foamed, the foamed plastic firmly bonding with the molded skin. Subsequently, the entire assembly of elastic skin, molded skin, and molded body is removed from the receiving mold of the tool bottom part. Finally, the elastic skin is stripped away from the molded skin that is firmly bonded to the molded body, a graining or structuring remaining on the surface of the molded skin.

  • Patent number: 6291629
Abstract: Liquid crystalline chiral nematic polyesters have flexible chains comprising isosorbide, isomannide and/or isoidide units. The polyesters are not crystalline and form stable Grandjean textures which can be frozen on cooling below the glass transition temperature. They can therefore be used in particular as surface-coating materials.
