  • Patent number: 11706021
Abstract: In methods and systems for communicating medical image data that were generated for a patient between computing entities of a hospital network, a cloud-based data store and a patient's mobile device, a QR code serves to code a data package containing a user identification and a public key, which has been generated on the patient's mobile device, to a hospital server, in order to process personal data so that the personal data may be downloaded from the data store directly to the patient's mobile device in an encrypted form, and may be visualized there in clear text by means of applying a private key stored locally on the patient's mobile device. The method and system are web based and need no special requirements on the part of the patient's mobile device.

  • Patent number: 9952878
Abstract: In a system and operating method wherein the system includes a medical apparatus and an operator console, a first input processor is assigned to the operator console and acquires a shutdown command that triggers a shutdown operation of the operator console, and a second input processor is assigned to the medical apparatus and acquires a startup command that triggers a startup operation of the medical device. A first interface forwards the shutdown command from the operator console to the medical apparatus wherein a shutdown operation of the medical apparatus is triggered, and a second interface forwards the startup command from the medical apparatus to the operator console, wherein a startup operation of the operator console is triggered.

  • Patent number: 8525852
Abstract: In a method and device to show two different images (determined from a first image data set and a second image data set) of at least one imaging modality (in particular a medical imaging modality), the images can be presented together on a display device with a presentation area as a fusion image or as individual images. A detection arrangement associated with the display device detects a movement of at least one finger of a user on the or in the immediate proximity of the presentation area or a contact of the presentation area and, depending on the detection, produces a change of the presentation of the fusion image, or changes between an individual image presentation and fusion image presentation or between two individual image presentations.

  • Patent number: 8214757
Abstract: To execute a program, a computer opens a usage window of a user interface of the program when calling the program. Via the opened usage window, the computer receives usage commands for a usage part of the program from a user, the usage commands being presented during the input thereof in the usage window, or in a usage command window of the user interface. The computer executes a usage action corresponding with a usage command after validation of the usage command, and receives retrieval commands from the user to retrieve additional information. The retrieval commands are presented in a retrieval command window of the user interface during the input of said retrieval commands. Additional information is received from a web server after the validation of the respective retrieval command. The retrieval and output of the additional information is an action different from the usage action. The information window, the retrieval command window, the usage window and the usage command window are different windows.

  • Patent number: 8085043
Abstract: In a method for image data acquisition of a region of interest in a subject with a magnetic resonance device, wherein, to establish the field of view, a minimal geometric shape encompassing the subject to be acquired and/or the surface of the subject is determined automatically from previously acquired localizer exposures as aliasing information for each exposure, at least one slice plane is determined for the acquisition of the region, and the phase coding direction and/or the extent of the field of view in the phase coding direction is determined for every slice plane using the aliasing information.

  • Publication number: 20090271717
Abstract: A computer executes a program, wherein said computer opens a usage window of a user interface of the program when calling said the program. In the execution of the program with an opened usage window, the computer receives usage commands for a usage part of the program from a user of the computer via an input device. The computer presents the usage commands during the input of the usage commands in the usage window, or in a usage command window of the user interface that is associated with the usage window. The computer effects the execution of a usage action corresponding with the respective usage command after the validation of the respective usage command. Furthermore, the computer receives retrieval commands from the user via the input device to retrieve additional information. The computer presents the retrieval commands in a retrieval command window of the user interface during the input of said retrieval commands.

  • Publication number: 20060153454
Abstract: In a method for alignment of a graphic object on an overview image of a subject (in particular of a body part of a patient) shown on a display screen, a graphic object establishes parameters for a subsequent imaging of at least parts of the subject; and an input device allows positioning of the graphic object on the overview image; with characteristic data that describe a type and a position of at least one characteristic pattern in the overview image upon which the graphic object is aligned. Given a position of the graphic object on the screen that is predetermined by the input device, a check is made as to whether the graphic object is located in an alignment region of the characteristic pattern in which an automatic alignment of the graphic object relative to the characteristic pattern can be implemented. An automatic alignment of the graphic object to the characteristic pattern if the graphic object is located in this alignment region.

  • Publication number: 20040014436
Abstract: In telecommunication devices like power amplifiers for cellular systems the amplitude of a transmission signal has to be limited to avoid signal deterioration. The improve the effciency of such amplitude limiter the present invention proposes to fed the input sample sequence to an estimation filter (56, 57) to determine the actual signal overshoot over a predefined threshold value. By this a clipping control signal to adjust the amplitude of the transmission signal accordingly can be generated with higher accuracy.
