    Abstract: Certain neurological disorders are treated with dopamine agonists (e.g. L-Dopa) but these treatments unintentionally cause Levodopa-induced dyskinesias (LIDs) or tardive dyskinesia. An improved treatment is described that treats the patient with both a dopamine agonist and a Smoothened (Smo) agonist or with a dopamine agonist and combination of a Smoothened (Smo) agonist together with Amantadine.
