    Abstract: A shower holder for the mounting support of a hand-held shower on a wall rod contains a guidance element displaceably guided on the outside of the wall rod and whose length is at least twice as large as the wall rod diameter. With the aid of at least one strut a mounting support for the hand-held shower is fixed to the guidance element and has a spacing from the wall rod which is at least as large as the length of the guidance element.
