    Abstract: The invention relates to a polyisocyanate composition, containing compounds having isocyanate groups with at least one 1,5-bridging pentamethylene unit and an isocyanate group, wherein a portion of the compounds additionally has at least one allophanate group, characterized in that the polyisocyanate composition has an isocyanurate trimer content of ?59 wt. % in relation to the total weight of the polyisocyanate composition, the allophanate groups carry a group that is organic and inert relative to isocyanate groups, and the allophanate groups are present in an equivalent ratio of >0 and ?0.19 in relation to the isocyanurate groups. The invention also relates to a method for producing the polyisocyanate, a two-component system, the use thereof for the production of a coating on a substrate, the coating and the composite formed by the coating and the substrate.
