  • Patent number: 7497320
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for the handover of bags (1) to a linear transport system (2). With a view to precise handover at high cycle frequency, such a device is advantageously designed in that a feed station (5) for individually feeding the bags (1) onto a lower transport belt (7) of the linear transport system (2), and a raisable press-on element (8) above the lower transport belt (7) are provided.

  • Patent number: 7249672
Abstract: A device for continuously delivering bags includes at least one bag transferring device and at least one linear conveyor. The bag transferring device transfers the bags to the at least one linear conveyor. An objective of the invention is to provide a device for delivering bags, which ensures a continuous subsequent processing of the bags at a high rate and with a high degree of reliability. To this end, the device includes a continuously operating linear conveyor with bag holding fixtures. The width of the bag holding fixtures, in the direction of conveyance, is greater than the width of the bags to be held. This enables the linear conveyor to avoid having to be stopped during the delivery of the bags by the bag transferring device, and a continuous delivery of the bags to a next bag handling device can be ensured.

The aim of the invention is to provide a device for delivering bags, which ensures a continuous subsequent processing of the bags at a high rate and with a high degree of reliability. To this end, the invention provides that a continuously operating linear conveyor (1, 7) is provided with bag holding fixtures (2), and the width of the bag holding fixtures, in the direction of conveyance, is greater than the width of the bags (3) to be held. This enables the linear conveyor (1, 7) to avoid having to be stopped during the delivery of the bags (3) by the bag transferring device (8), and a continuous delivery of the bags (2) to a next bag handling device can be ensured.
