  • Publication number: 20250236476
Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus for stacking portions made of food mass, in particular patties, comprising a feeder conveyor belt for feeding the portions in a conveying direction and for dispensing the portions at one end of the feeder conveyor belt, a vertical conveyor arranged downstream from the feeder conveyor belt, for conveying the portions in a substantially vertical direction and having at least one substantially vertically movable platform for receiving portions downstream from the feeder conveyor belt. The vertical conveyor is so designed that at least one portion and in particular a plurality of stacked portions can be dispensed from the platform for further transport. The feeder conveyor belt is also mounted and drivable in such a way that the end of the conveyor belt facing the vertical conveyor can be moved vertically up or down in a continuous or intermittent manner while the portions are being conveyed.

  • Patent number: 7497320
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for the handover of bags (1) to a linear transport system (2). With a view to precise handover at high cycle frequency, such a device is advantageously designed in that a feed station (5) for individually feeding the bags (1) onto a lower transport belt (7) of the linear transport system (2), and a raisable press-on element (8) above the lower transport belt (7) are provided.

  • Patent number: 7249672
Abstract: A device for continuously delivering bags includes at least one bag transferring device and at least one linear conveyor. The bag transferring device transfers the bags to the at least one linear conveyor. An objective of the invention is to provide a device for delivering bags, which ensures a continuous subsequent processing of the bags at a high rate and with a high degree of reliability. To this end, the device includes a continuously operating linear conveyor with bag holding fixtures. The width of the bag holding fixtures, in the direction of conveyance, is greater than the width of the bags to be held. This enables the linear conveyor to avoid having to be stopped during the delivery of the bags by the bag transferring device, and a continuous delivery of the bags to a next bag handling device can be ensured.

  • Publication number: 20060207861
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for continuously delivering bags, comprising at least one bag transferring device and at least one linear conveyor, whereby the bag transferring device transfers the bags to at least one linear conveyor. The aim of the invention is to provide a device for delivering bags, which ensures a continuous subsequent processing of the bags at a high rate and with a high degree of reliability. To this end, the invention provides that a continuously operating linear conveyor (1, 7) is provided with bag holding fixtures (2), and the width of the bag holding fixtures, in the direction of conveyance, is greater than the width of the bags (3) to be held. This enables the linear conveyor (1, 7) to avoid having to be stopped during the delivery of the bags (3) by the bag transferring device (8), and a continuous delivery of the bags (2) to a next bag handling device can be ensured.
