  • Patent number: 7520242
Abstract: The present invention concerns a micromotor for an indicator device comprising a hand of the type generally used in the instrument panels of motor vehicles. More specifically, the present invention concerns a micromotor of this type comprising a case wherein the thickness of one area is smaller than its maximum thickness, so as to form a free space or recess open on the exterior, in particular on the bottom of the case. This recess can be advantageously used for arranging components necessary for the operation of the instrument panel in which the micromotor is mounted, thereby saving space with respect to devices of the prior art.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 1, 2004
Date of Patent: April 21, 2009
    Assignee: Microcomponents SA
Inventors: Marc Vuilliomenet, Albert Pages, GĂ©rard Jacob, Andreas Hirt
  • Patent number: 7199368
Abstract: The present invention concerns a device for detecting crossing of a horizontal land demarcation marker of a carriageway for motor vehicles, characterized in that it includes at least one box (2) to be placed under the vehicle and enclosing means for projecting two light beams (4, 6) onto the carriageway (8) in two distinct zones (10, 12) that do not overlap, and distinct means for picking up each of the two light beams (14, 16) after reflection onto the carriageway (8).
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 8, 2003
Date of Patent: April 3, 2007
    Assignee: EM Microelectronic-Marin SA
    Inventors: Michel Willemin, Andreas Hirt
  • Publication number: 20070039541
Abstract: The present invention concerns a micromotor (1) for an indicator device comprising a hand (4) of the type generally used in the instrument panels of motor vehicles. More specifically, the present invention concerns a micromotor (1) of this type comprising a case wherein the thickness E2 of one area is smaller than its maximum thickness E1, so as to form a free space or recess (34) open on the exterior, in particular on the bottom (2) of the case. This recess (34) can be advantageously used for arranging components (18) necessary for the operation of the instrument panel in which the micromotor is mounted, thereby saving space with respect to devices of the prior art.
