  • Publication number: 20110226144
Abstract: A doctor blade for wiping printing ink off a surface of a printing plate and/or for use as a paper doctor knife, has a flat and elongated main body including a working edge region configured in a longitudinal direction, wherein at least the working edge region is covered with a first coating on the basis of a nickel-phosphorus alloy. The doctor blade is characterized in that monocrystalline and/or polycrystalline diamond particles are dispersed in the first coating, wherein a particle sizes of the diamond particles measure at least 5 nm and less than 50 nm.

  • Patent number: 7554346
Abstract: Provided is a method and test system for identifying a defective region of a photovoltaic cell from among a plurality of photovoltaic cells collectively forming a thin film solar module. A probe includes a plurality of test fingers arranged to be substantially simultaneously placed adjacent to an electric contact provided to different regions of one or more of the plurality of photovoltaic cells, and each of the test fingers is to receive an electrical output from the different regions of the one or more photovoltaic cells. A light source emits light to be converted by the photovoltaic cells into the electrical output during testing. A measurement circuit measures a property of the electrical output received from the different regions of the photovoltaic cells and transmits a measured value signal indicative of the property measured by the measurement circuit.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 18, 2008
Date of Patent: June 30, 2009
    Assignee: Oerlikon Trading AG, Trubbach
Inventors: Oliver Kluth, Jiri Springer, Michael Mohr, Andreas Hugli
