  • Publication number: 20170118410
Abstract: A locking device for locking an image sensor element in a camera, a camera comprising such a locking device, and a method for controlling image stabilization in a camera comprising such a locking device are disclosed. The locking device comprises two locking arrangements which are superimposed such that one or more locking holes of the locking arrangements at least partly overlap each other in pairs so as to form two open sections adapted to each receive a locking protrusion. The locking device is adjustable between a locked mode and an unlocked mode.

  • Publication number: 20170102036
Abstract: The invention relates to a bearing cage including a bearing cage main body made of a polymer material and having pockets for receiving at least one row of rolling elements of a bearing. The cage is provided with a passive resonant circuit including an antenna coil attached to the cage main body. It is proposed that the antenna coil is formed as a conductive layer directly attached to the cage material of the bearing cage main body and is designed so as to have a breaking point less than or equal to a breaking point of the cage material. Thus, a rupture in the cage main body ruptures the antenna coil, changing the resonance behaviour of the passive resonant circuit.

  • Publication number: 20160301836
Abstract: The present application relates to a camera where a non-wide-angle lens and a wide-angle lens projects images onto different regions of one and the same image sensor. The non-wide-angle lens images a part of a periphery of the wide-angle lens image, and in this way an overview image with an improved quality peripheral region can be achieved.

  • Publication number: 20150352365
Abstract: Systems and methods for optimizing the stimulation of a heart of a patient are disclosed herein. The method comprises delivering pacing therapy to the patient according to a pacing therapy setting schedule, using specific pacing intervals via specific electrode configurations. Further, sinus rate values are recorded over at least one cardiac cycle at each pacing therapy setting and it is determined whether a sinus rate value satisfies predetermined measurement conditions, wherein sinus rate values are used for trending the sinus rate over time if the measurement conditions are satisfied. The accepted sinus rate values, i.e. values that satisfy the measurement conditions, are trended over time, wherein each trended sinus rate value is created based on recordings from at least one cardiac cycle. A preferred pacing therapy setting is determined to be the pacing therapy setting that provides a lowest sinus rate.

Abstract: A burner for a gas turbine including a burner housing is provided. Provided is a lean-rich partially premixed low emission burner for a gas turbine combustor providing stable ignition and combustion process at all engine load conditions. At the upstream end of that burner a pilot combustor creates a flow of an unquenched concentration of radicals and heat. Respectively provided is a plurality of quarl sections surrounding the exit of the pilot combustor, a main combustion room defined downstream the pilot combustor and at least a first channel defined as an annular space between an upstream quarl section and the closest downstream quarl section providing air and fuel to a main flame in the combustion room.

  • Patent number: 8761883
Abstract: An implantable medical device is connectable to an epicardial left ventricular lead having at least one epicardial electrode and a myocardium penetrating catheter with at least one endocardial electrode and present in a lumen of the lead. The device comprises a pulse generator controller that controls a ventricular pulse generator to generate pulses to be applied to the epicardial and endocardial electrodes. The controller uses an endocardial-to-epicardial time interval or epicardial-to-endocardial time interval to coordinate endocardial and epicardial activation of the left ventricle to thereby achieve cardiac pacing that closely mimics the natural electrical activation pattern of a healthy heart.

  • Publication number: 20140096502
Abstract: A burner for a gas turbine is provided. The burner has a pilot combustor, a supply module providing pilot fuel and air into a pilot combustion room enclosed by a pilot burner housing having a tapered exit throat discharging radicals and heat generated in a pilot combustion zone into a main combustion room. An equalizer has holes for main flow air entering a cavity in a radial direction with regard to a burner axis defined by centers of pilot combustion zone and main combustion zone. A fuel injector is downstream the equalizer to supply flow fuel into flow air. A swirler is downstream the injector to give flow distribution to the flow fuel and air entering the main combustion room. A channel leads from the equalizer to the swirler arranged circumferentially around the pilot burner housing to direct the main air flow from the equalizer in axial and circumferential direction.

  • Publication number: 20140026579
Abstract: A burner for a gas turbine includes a burner housing, and a pilot combustor having a supply module providing pilot fuel and pilot air into a pilot combustion room being enclosed by a pilot combustor housing having a tapered exit with a throat of a defined length into the resulting main flow direction. The throat discharges a concentration of radicals are and heat generated in the pilot combustion room into a main combustion room enclosed by the burner housing. The interior cross section area of the throat deviates from a circle by means of flow guiding elements provided as protrusions with a defined radial height or as recesses with a defined depth extending longitudinally along the direction of the burner axis to give the discharging flow a defined velocity distribution with regard to a circumferential direction.
