  • Patent number: 8864154
Abstract: An actuator having an electromechanical drive and a housing is provided. The driving torque provided by an electric motor is transmitted by gear train to two actuator outputs connected to two parts of a stabilizer. The gear train is an eccentric gear train, the drive shaft of which is driven by the electric motor. An overall eccentric driven by the drive shaft has on its circumference a drive gear having a first outer profile and a second outer profile different therefrom. In the operating state the drive gear first outer profile is connected to a first inner profile of a first one of the outputs and the drive gear second outer profile is connected to a second inner profile of the second one of the outputs, and the connection can be eliminated by changing the eccentricity of the eccentric such that both outputs can rotate freely relative to each other.

  • Patent number: 8632413
Abstract: A torsional vibration damper (1) having a damping element disposed between a first element (4) and a second element (5), in which the first element and the second element can rotate relative to each other, with or without a coupling part (3) that is located in a housing (2) and is axially displaceable along an axis (A) between the first and second elements, in which, if a coupling part is present, a) the coupling part is displaceable along the axis (A) against the spring force of at least one spring element (6, 7) and/or b) the coupling part is displaceable along the axis (A) against a medium which acts on both sides of the coupling part, with the medium located in internal or external partial spaces. Alternatively, in a damping element not having a coupling part, c) resilient elements are integrated in third coupling elements, and the coupling elements are connected to the first and second elements.

  • Patent number: 8272650
Abstract: A low-end adjusting mechanism for vehicle suspensions useful for compensating rolling and pitching motions and for leveling purposes, in which a vehicle spring (1) having a longitudinal axis is mounted between two spring seats or receptacles (2, 3), and at least one spring seat can be adjusted in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the spring by rod shaped coupling elements which are mounted at both ends in an articulated or pivotable manner.

  • Publication number: 20110190090
Abstract: An eccentric differential drive having two output elements (3, 4) that can rotate relative to each other, in which a tumble gear (1) which can be driven by a drive element (2) and which has two external tooth sets (z1, z2) with different pitch diameters, the first output element (3) being associated with the first external tooth set (z1) and having a first internal tooth set (z3) corresponding to the first external tooth set (z1), and the second output element (4) being associated with the second external tooth set (z2) and having a second internal tooth set (z4) corresponding to the second external tooth set (z2), and in which the outputs of the first and second output elements (3, 4) are arranged opposite from the drive element (2) and are rotatably mounted on a common second longitudinal axis (A2), which second axis is arranged eccentrically to the first longitudinal axis (A1) of the tumble gear (1), and in which the rotational speed of the outputs (3, 4) varies depending on the applied rotational torque.
