  • Patent number: 10240488
Abstract: An exhaust gas system for a motor vehicle may include an exhaust gas aftertreatment device communicating fluidically with an exhaust gas evaporation device. The exhaust gas aftertreatment device and the exhaust gas evaporation device may be arranged in one or more housings. A connecting line may be provided to fluidically connect the exhaust gas aftertreatment device to the exhaust gas evaporation device. The connecting line may include a fluid inlet connected to the exhaust gas aftertreatment device and a fluid outlet connected to the exhaust gas evaporation device. An evaporation bypass line may branch off from the connection line at a branching-off point. A valve apparatus may be arranged in at least the connecting line and may be adjustable between a first position to fluidly connect the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet, and a second position to fluidly connect the fluid inlet to the evaporator bypass line.

  • Patent number: 9694666
Abstract: A motor vehicle may include a radiator arrangement. The radiator arrangement may include a radiator grill having a cooling air inlet and a radiator arranged behind the cooling air inlet with respect to a forward traveling direction. A flow-directing device may be arranged to direct a cooling air flow from the cooling air inlet to the radiator. The flow-directing device may include at least one baffle element disposed on a radiator-grill side of the radiator arrangement and at least one other baffle element disposed on a radiator side. Additionally or alternatively, the flow-directing device may include a bellows arranged on the radiator-grill side or on the radiator side. Additionally or alternatively, the flow-directing device may include at least one rail including a groove and at least one rail baffle element guided in the at least one guide groove.

  • Publication number: 20160162210
Abstract: A system for providing a Swift Storage Node includes a media library having drives and tapes formatted according to a Linear Tape File System (LTFS). A management system is connected over a first interface to the media library and over a second interface to a Swift Proxy Server. The management system provides a Swift-On-Disk File System Application Programming Interface (API) over the second external interface, uses a Virtual File System (VFS), stores and registers objects in the VFS, controls the media library to move a respective tape into a respective drive, moves the object from the cache data store to the respective tape using the LTFS and updates the VFS. The management system also receives a request over the Swift-On-Disk File System API to read an object, determines in the VFS the location of the object, loads the object using the LTFS and provides the object.

  • Patent number: 8459967
Abstract: An axial flow fan is provided that is arranged in a rotatable manner around an axis in a stationary shroud ring, with fan blades. The shroud ring has an essentially cylindrical annular surface with an axial extension from a leading edge to a trailing edge and the fan blades have an axial depth from an inflow edge to an outflow edge. The outflow edges of the fan blades in an axial direction project beyond the trailing edge of the annular surface and form a blade overhang and flow guidance elements are arranged radially outside the fan blades as well as in the axial region of the blade overhang.
