The apparatus includes: a loading station configured to take the shipping box for semiconductor wafers; a radio-frequency identification (RFID) reader/writer configured to read and write to an RFID tag affixed to the shipping box; a camera configured to optically examine attachments to the shipping box; an element configured for equipping the shipping box with a desiccant pouch; an element configured for sealing a bag that surrounds the shipping box with a weld seam; an element configured for checking the impermeability of a weld seam; an element configured for applying labels to the shipping box; a robot arm configured to automatically transport the shipping box; an element configured for storing packaging material; and an element configured to take the shipping box for semiconductor wafers and to store the shipping box for transportation.

The method includes obtaining a reference performance, and measurement data of a substrate subjected to the patterning process at the target apparatus, the measurement data indicative of a performance of the target apparatus; determining a cause of a performance mismatch based on a difference between the reference performance and the performance of the target apparatus, wherein the cause includes an optical characteristic; and responsive to the cause, adjusting an optical parameter associated with an adjustable optical characteristic to reduce the performance mismatch in the optical characteristic.

The cargo unit includes a transport cover movable between a closed position where the transport cover closes the transport opening and an opened position where the transport opening is not covered by the transport cover. The transport cover is adapted to be only movable from its closed position to its opened position after engagement with a transport arrangement. Abstract: Systems and methods for displaying a communication from a vessel in a first location to a person or second vessel in a second location are described. The communication system alerts persons and other nearby vessels to the presence of the vessel during fog and other low visibility conditions on a body of water. The communication is displayed by the system in the form of a light display routine that can be a text communication, an image, an animation, a video, or a combination of them. The system includes a computer and a network to communicatively connect the computer to at least one splitter, at least control unit, and at least one light fixture, which can be an array of light emitting diodes. The computer commences the light display routine based on detection of a trigger event by analyzing data received from onboard sensor devices, an external source, or both.
