Patent number: 12191740Abstract: A drive device for an actuator for a brake device of a motor vehicle. The drive device has an electric machine having a rotor rotatably mounted in a housing and a stator fixed to the housing. A bearing shield is situated in the housing that has an axially extending sleeve-shaped bearing segment for the rotatable bearing of a drive shaft, which bears the rotor. The bearing shield has an axially extending sleeve-shaped retaining segment held with a frictional fit in a sleeve-shaped end segment of the housing and has a diameter that is greater than the diameter of the bearing segment. A radially extending annular disk-shaped floor segment of the bearing shield is between the retaining segment and the bearing segment. The retaining segment has a first axial partial segment connected to the floor segment, and a second partial segment connected to the first partial segment.Type: GrantFiled: March 3, 2021Date of Patent: January 7, 2025Assignee: ROBERT BOSCH GMBHInventors: Andreas Krueger, Benjamin Haufe, Konstantin Haberkorn, Vincent Fix

Patent number: 11848942Abstract: A method and system for detecting intrusion in a distributed field bus of a vehicle network involve using an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) to detect intrusion in the network. In a network with a number of nodes, IDS is configured in each of the number of nodes. The IDS, in a first node configured in a transmission mode, receives at least one message signal. A hash function is performed on at least one message signal for generating a first Honeypot (HPT) signal. Simultaneously, the first node transmits the first HPT signal to the second node. The first node and the second node generates a reference HPT and second HPT respectively using an echo-hash function. The IDS detect intrusion based on a comparison of the reference HPT and the second HPT. The method is independent of network traffic timing and can be performed in real-time.Type: GrantFiled: November 28, 2019Date of Patent: December 19, 2023Assignee: MERCEDES-BENZ GROUP AGInventors: Chandrasekhar Potluri, Andreas Krueger

Patent number: 10272520Abstract: A joint-site structure for components to be connected by overlap friction welding. At least one step of at least one component, on which an axially set-back ring-shaped joining surface is situated, is provided with a radial undercut, in such a manner that on the face side, a region of this step that is unchanged in diameter forms a radial support ridge, which is connected with the at least one component by way of a heat throttle that is reduced in cross-section. The length of each step is designed in such a manner that when the face surface of the one component makes contact with the ring-shaped joining surface of the other component, the other face surfaces of these components, which surfaces lie opposite one another in the same radial position, are still exposed until completion of the friction-welding process.Type: GrantFiled: May 5, 2017Date of Patent: April 30, 2019Assignee: IFA-Technologies GmbHInventors: David Schmicker, Marcus Kreibich, Frank Trommer, Andreas Krueger

Patent number: 8766473Abstract: A drive authorization system for an electric drive includes a predefined number of field coils and a rotationally movable element. An evaluation and control unit for operation of the electric drive determines the current position of the movable element from several items of positional information, which can be made available by a predefined number of angle of rotation sensors. To implement an electronic immobilization function, positions, the number of the active rotation angle sensors, or both those positions and that number are made encodable. The evaluation and control unit decodes the encoded positional information of the active rotation angle sensors in order to determine the current position of the movable element. Operation of the electric drive is possible only after successful decoding of the positional information.Type: GrantFiled: February 26, 2010Date of Patent: July 1, 2014Assignee: Daimler AGInventors: Andreas Krueger, Sylvain Subileau, Hermann Von Hasseln

Publication number: 20110204597Abstract: The invention relates to a safety binding (1) for a snowboard, particularly a safety binding to be attached in pairs to a snowboard. The invention solves the problem of reducing force peaks on the lower extremities of the athlete, which, for example, in the event of a fall exceed a force value which can be set, and in this event also enabling a three-dimensional rotation of the lower extremities. This is achieved in that a lower binding part (2), which can be fixed to the snowboard, and an upper binding part (3), which can be fixed to the shoe, are disposed on mutually facing support surfaces in a sliding manner, wherein the support surfaces are designed as the surface elements of two spherical caps, the common center of curvature of which is located above the lower binding part.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 14, 2009Publication date: August 25, 2011Applicant: OTTO-VON-GUERICKE-UNIVERSITAET MAGDEBURGInventors: Andreas Krueger, Juergen Edelmann-Nusser, Sven Krinowsky, Klaus Zander, Matthias Trott, Benjamin Fuchs, Florian Wagner, Till Kolja Oppel

Patent number: 6769394Abstract: With a method for controlling the fuel supply to an internal combustion engine, in particular to a two-stroke motor, a parameter (K) of the machine, which is influenced by the fuel supply in a delayed manner, is tuned to a predetermined desired value (SW) by switching on and cutting off the fuel supply. The hysteresis is largely compensated in that an upper and/or lower threshhold value (OS,US) is allocated to the desired value (SW) of the parameter (K), that the parameter (K) is continuously measured, and that the fuel supply is cut off when the measured parameter (K) crosses the lower and/or upper threshhold value from below to above, and that the fuel supply is switched on when the measured parameter (K) crosses the upper and/or lower threshhold value (OS,US) from above to below.Type: GrantFiled: August 20, 2002Date of Patent: August 3, 2004Assignee: Dolmar GmbHInventors: Harry Radel, Andreas Krueger

Patent number: 6564470Abstract: An appliance for thermally processing granular material, especially for roasting food items such as coffee beans. The granular material lies on a perforated base through which gas flows upwardly to create a fluidized bed. The exhaust gas is fed to a cyclone separator for separation of entrained solid particles. Preferably, the base is located in an inner chamber which is at least partially enclosed in an outer chamber forming the cyclone separator. The exhaust gas is fed into a top opening of the outer chamber thereby providing a rotary gas flow. Alternatively, the base is located in an outer chamber in which at least the area above the base is designed as the cyclone separator. The outer chamber at least partially encloses an inner chamber through which gas is fed to create a rotary gas flow. In both cases, an extremely compact roaster design is realized.Type: GrantFiled: March 9, 2001Date of Patent: May 20, 2003Assignee: Alfred C. G. Nolte KGInventor: Andreas Krueger
