  • Patent number: 11935337
Abstract: A filter element analysis system for analyzing a filter element within a vehicle, the system including various filter sensors so as to provide information regarding various filter element parameters, a locator which configured provide vehicle position information such that conditions regarding the vehicle environment can be tracked and correlated to the location, as well as a means for transmitting information to a remote server for analysis and tracking of the filter element information with regard to environmental conditions such that a filter element status, remaining filter life, or particle load and replacement timeline can be calculated and updated so as to provide more accurate predictive models of the filter element conditions. As well as provide alerts regarding the need and scheduling of replacement or cleaning of a particular filter element.

  • Publication number: 20230047833
Abstract: A bellows as gangway protection between two movably connected car bodies or a jetway has a roof and two side parts facing one another. At least the two side parts have a multiplicity of folds or corrugations formed of a bendable sheet material. Each fold or corrugation has a narrow and a longitudinal side. Two folds or corrugations abutting one another are joined along their longitudinal sides. At least one fold or corrugation has at least one reinforcing section and at least two normal sections. The reinforcing section has a thickness greater than the normal sections. The reinforcing section has a narrow and a longitudinal side. The longitudinal side primarily extends in the direction of the longitudinal side of the fold or corrugation. An extension of the narrow side of the reinforcing section is a maximum of 75% of an extension of the narrow side of the fold or corrugation.

  • Publication number: 20200307662
Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for monitoring at least one characteristic of a railroad (10), comprising a central computing unit (22) which is adapted to retrieve and process data from multiple data sources (19, 20, 24, 26) and to provide output data representing the at least one characteristic of the railroad (10), and at least two data sources (19, 20, 24, 26) which are adapted to deliver data to the central computing unit over respective data links, wherein at least one of the two data sources (19) comprises at least one sensor unit (16a-16c) located in the vicinity of a section of the railroad (10) to be monitored. According to the invention, the at least two data sources (19, 20, 24, 26) are provided such that said data delivered by them refers to different physical properties of the railroad (10) and/or environmental properties.
