  • Patent number: 9050670
Abstract: The invention relates to a pipe disconnecting device, comprising a disconnecting device, which has a rotary body. The rotary body comprises a tool carrier for a disconnecting tool. A protrusion projects transversely to the rotational axis of the rotary body away from the rotary body or away from the tool carrier. At least one handle is attached to the protrusion, the handle extending across a region of the surface of the protrusion and forming a reach-through opening between the handle and the surface of the protrusion for a hand reaching for the handle.

  • Patent number: 8357872
Abstract: A pipe processing apparatus containing a gripping mechanism with bracing rollers, further a drive wheel which is rotationally supported on the pipe processing apparatus and axially parallel to the bracing rollers and is positioned/positionable by its tread at such a site where said tread can make contact with the pipe held by the bracing rollers and can rotate said pipe by static friction; and a drive system to actuate the drive wheel.

  • Publication number: 20120067180
Abstract: The invention relates to a tube machining device for machining the end of a tube, the tube machining device having an inner clamping unit with clamping wedges, which can be moved radially in relation to an axial longitudinal axis of the tube machining device relative to the tube to be machined for releasably fixing the inner clamping unit on the end region of a tube to be machined. Furthermore, a tool receiving unit for receiving a tool is provided, wherein the tool receiving unit is arranged concentrically in relation to the axial longitudinal axis and is mounted rotatably about this longitudinal axis relative to the inner clamping unit. To prevent foreign bodies from unintentionally falling into the tube to be machined and being lost there during the machining of the end of the tube, according to the invention the tube machining device also has a sealing body that can be introduced with the inner clamping unit into the end region of the tube to be machined.

  • Publication number: 20090211421
Abstract: Temperature or wear indicating device for material-working tools, in particular pipe-working tools, furthermore in particular saw blades, wherein the temperature or wear indicating device has at least one temperature or wear indicator, the temperature or wear indicator being at least partially produced from an indicator material that changes one of its visual properties, in particular its colour, permanently when a predetermined limit temperature is exceeded.
