A plurality of blade elements (9) of a first type extend approximately parallel to the axis of rotation (5) and have a beating surface (10) arranged between two end parts (7, 8) of the drum (8). The drum is partially (8) circumferentially surrounded by a wall (11) of the housing (2) and the at least one inlet opening (3) and the at least one outlet opening (4) are formed in the wall (11).
