  • Patent number: 12078064
Abstract: A directional drilling assembly includes a downhole piston and an uphole piston. A downhole piston diameter of the downhole piston is smaller than an uphole piston diameter of the uphole piston diameter. This may allow the downhole piston and/or the uphole piston to be located closer to the bit, thereby improving the maximum DLS of the system.

  • Publication number: 20170162069
Abstract: A method of assisting an administrator in the management of users of a health and wellness system is disclosed. Input data is received from client devices of users of the health and wellness system. Levels of progress of each of the users toward meeting their health goals is determined based on the input data. Recommendations of actions for an administrator to perform are generated based on the determined levels of progress. The recommendations of the actions are ranked based on importance measurements associated with the recommendations. For each of the recommendations of the actions, if a confidence measurement corresponding to the importance measurement of the recommendation transgresses a confidence threshold, the recommendation is automatically processed on behalf of the administrator.
