  • Patent number: 6786127
Abstract: A fluid power operate linear drive possessing a slab housing (2) with an elongated cross sectional outline, in which a plurality of receiving spaces (8) are arranged extending in a common housing plane adjacent to each other in the direction of the longitudinal axis (3) of the cross section. At one first narrow side (21) of the housing there is a piston receiving space (12) extending in the longitudinal direction containing a piston (13) connected with an outwardly running force output part (16). At the opposite second narrow housing side (22) there is an electronic circuitry receiving space (23) containing electronic valve control circuitry (24). Between the piston receiving space (12) and the electronic circuitry receiving space (23) there is at least one valve receiving space (26), which contains a control valve means (25), which is able to be electronically operated and serves for the control of fluid actuation of the piston (13).

  • Patent number: 6715400
Abstract: A fluid power operative instrumentality having an electro-fluidic control unit, which is provided with a plurality of electrically activated control valves having 2/2 valve functions. On the control unit different operative units may be selectively mounted, the control valves being able to be operated by means of electronic control circuitry in a manner matching the mounted operative unit.

  • Patent number: 6663078
Abstract: A microvalve, which contains a valve member (7) dividing a valve chamber (13) into two chamber parts (14 and 15). A first chamber part (14) is delimited by a duct layer (3), which has an input flow opening (17) and at least one output flow opening (22 and 23). Fluid transfer between the input flow opening (17) and the output flow opening (22 and 23) may be controlled by the valve member (7). Furthermore pressure relieving means are provided which are effective in the open position of the valve member (7), such means comprising at least one expansion recess (38) provided on the valve member and with at least partial overlap opposite to the output flow opening (22 and 23), same permitting an expansion of the transferring fluid. It is connected through valve member (7) with the second chamber part (15) so that a counter pressure may build up here causing the relief of pressure.

  • Patent number: 6512173
Abstract: An insulation plate 1 out of mineral wool, for protection against detrimental environmental influence due to electromagnetic fields has an electrically conducting layer 2 on its surface, which preferably consists of a perforated aluminum film. For connection to form a wall lining, the layer 2 at its margin overlaps with adjacent insulation plates or the electrical connection with one another is effected with the aid of a electrically conducting adhesive tape out of aluminum, the entire shielding surface being connected to ground therein.

  • Patent number: 6484754
Abstract: A valve means (1) containing a switching element in the form of a switching rocker member (13). The rocking arms (18 and 18′) placed on either side of the pivotal portion (15) of the switching rocker member (13) are respectively engaged by a respective actuating diaphragm (35 and 35′) and adjacent thereto there is a closure portion (27 and 27′) associated with a duct opening (24 and 25). A valve means designed in this manner renders possible a particularly flat, planar structure with compact dimensions and a small dead volume.
