  • Publication number: 20250122862
Abstract: A hydraulic system for the pitch angle adjustment of a rotor blade of a wind turbine) includes a variable displacement pump, a hydraulic accumulator, a dynamic valve, a control valve, a tank and a pitch cylinder. The variable displacement pump is connected to the control valve via a first connecting line and the control valve is connected to the tank via a second connecting line and to a piston side of the pitch cylinder via a third connecting line and to a rod side of the pitch cylinder via a fourth connecting line. In a first switching position, the first connecting line is connected to the third connecting line and in a second switching position, the first connecting line is connected to the fourth connecting line and the second connecting line is connected to the third connecting line.

  • Publication number: 20250101945
Abstract: A hydraulic system for a rotor brake of a wind turbine, where the hydraulic system has a pressure chamber, a manually operable pump device and a connection for connection to the rotor brake. The manually operable pump device is connected to the pressure chamber and the connection. The manually operable pump device comprises a coupling section for actuation. The coupling section is configured to be connected to an external device.

  • Publication number: 20250075678
Abstract: An additional hydraulic device for a pitch system of a wind turbine, the additional hydraulic device including a hydraulic motor, a hydraulic accumulator for storing hydraulic energy, a valve unit, a return line and a reservoir. The return line is connected to the reservoir. The valve unit is switchable to a drive switching position, and the hydraulic motor is connected to the hydraulic accumulator in the drive switching position. The energy stored in the hydraulic accumulator drives the hydraulic motor in the drive switching position so that the hydraulic motor delivers an additional force component.

  • Patent number: 9618016
Abstract: In a solar generator, comprising a reflector and an electrohydraulic sun-position tracking device with at least one hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic control seat valve, the reflector can be guided via the control seat valve to follow in synchronism with the course of the sun continuously and uninterruptedly. The control seat valve for regulating a pressure medium flow permanently supplied to the hydraulic cylinder comprises a seat surface and a sealing surface permanently pressed against each other with variable contact pressure, with which the pressure medium flow can be generated as controlled leakage. The sealing surface is made of a material that can be deformed by contact pressure. In the control seat valve, the controlled leakage is set in a control position at least substantially without lifting movement exclusively by the relative material deformation of the sealing surface on the seat surface, which deformation is set via the contact pressure.
