  • Publication number: 20230358284
Abstract: A circular segment-shaped filter housing of a brake dust particle filter has first and second spaced-apart housing side walls delimiting between them a receiving space for a brake disc. The first housing side wall has a housing base wall and a support bridge adjoining the housing base wall in circumferential direction. The receiving space extends axially between the housing base wall of the first housing side wall and the second housing side wall. The second housing side wall extends only across an angle segment of the housing base wall of the first housing side wall. The support bridge has a circumferential end region facing away from the housing base wall and provided with at least one fastening point for connecting the support bridge to a brake caliper. The first housing side wall extends across a first housing side wall angle segment of at least 180°.

  • Patent number: 11701608
Abstract: A filter element (100) that is to be mounted in a housing (102) has at least one substantially hollow cylindrical filter bellows (10, 20) designed to separate liquid from aerosol, and two cover elements (30, 40) designed to cover axial end regions (12, 14, 22, 24) of the filter bellows (10, 20). The axial end portions (12, 14, 22, 24) of the at least one filter bellows (10, 20) are pressed against the cover element (30, 40) by an axial compressing force. The at least one filter bellows (10, 20) is secured in the axial direction, and one respective sealing zone (16, 18, 26, 28) is formed between each filter (10, 20) and each cover element (30, 40).

  • Publication number: 20220266188
Abstract: A separation component for a filter element has a web-shaped support body with a top rim and a bottom rim. A web-shaped separator body covers a side face of the support body completely or partially. Support body and separator body are wound to a spiral shape with axially successive turns. The support body has a connecting fold at the top rim and at the bottom rim, respectively. The connecting folds engage each other in the axially successive turns of the spiral shape. The separation component can be manufactured by placing a web-shaped separator body onto a web-shaped support body and by winding support body and separator body to a spiral shape. During winding, a connecting fold at a top rim of a turn of the spiral shape and a connecting fold at a bottom rim of an axially successive turn are brought into engagement with each other.

  • Patent number: 11213770
Abstract: A filter element for cleaning an operating liquid of a machine tool is provided with a pressure-stable jacket permitting flow therethrough. A filter medium is arranged in the pressure-stable jacket. A first end disc and a second end disc are seal-tightly connected to opposite ends of the filter medium. The filter medium surrounds an inner raw-side cavity. The pressure-stable jacket surrounds the filter medium and is connected fixedly to the first and second end discs. The first end disc has an inlet opening for the operating liquid. The second end disc has a drainage opening provided with a releasable closure element that closes the drainage opening.
