    Abstract: The invention provides a system and a method of eliciting milk from all mammals that possess teats, including but not limited to dairy animals and humans. A system may be comprised of an elastic system and a vacuum supply. A method may include a milk elicitation system comprised of an elastic system and a vacuum supply. Through the application of vacuum, the elastic system forms, differentiates, seals and adapts to a teat, from the area it ends until up to where the udder ends and it begins, without coming in contact with the teat-end sphincter/lactiferous duct(s). The elastic system interacts proportionately according to the tendencies expressed by teat physiology and dynamics according to the milk pressure change, blood flow, and the effects of applied vacuum, throughout the milk elicitation process, resulting in continuous and complete milk elicitation and supporting the physiological teat return, after the process.

    Abstract: A mobile rack cabinet includes an enclosure having an opening. A rail rack support assembly is mounted to and within the enclosure for support of rack-mounted electronic components. A retractable door is movably coupled to the enclosure for movement between a first closed position in which the door substantially covers the opening, an extended position in which the door is extended from the enclosure, and a retracted position in which the door is at least substantially retracted within the enclosure. The door is coupled to the enclosure by first and second pivot pins. The pivot pins are received in rail support tracks. Each rail support track includes a seat in which the pivot pins are rotatably received. To move the door from the extended position to the retracted position, the door must be lifted upwards to move the pivot pins out of the seats.

    Abstract: Circuits for generating sequences of pseudo random binary digits wherein the circuit can be easily programmed to change the sequence. The sequences are obtained by modulo-2 addition of digits retrieved from storage in Random Access Memories (RAMs). Two or more Read counters identify separate addresses in the RAMs from which the digits are retrieved. A Write counter points into an address in all of the RAMs where each current sequence bit is stored as it is formed at the output of an Exclusive-Or gate which performs the modulo-2 addition. Each of the Read counters lags the Write counter by a different and programmable amount and these lags determine which sequence is generated.

    Abstract: The digital frequency divider (or synthesizer) produces non-integral submultiples of an input frequency by alternately dividing its input by two integers by means of two integral digital frequency dividers, one of which produces an output higher than the desired non-integral submultiple and the other of which produces an output lower than the desired non-integral submultiple. The desired non-integral submultiple is obtained by alternately switching the circuit output to two integral digital dividers, the duty cycle of the switch determines the precise output frequency obtained. The concept can be implemented with programmable digital counters and logic circuitry. The circuitry can be used to implement a novel method of duplicating an accurate signal with improved stability. A circuit useful in practicing the method measures the ratio of two frequencies.
