The first screen wires and the first polymer wires are arranged in a helical manner around the first insulation system layer. The first screen wires and the first polymer wires are arranged alternatingly along the periphery of the first insulation system layer in any cross section. A radial distance between the central axis of any of the first screen wires and the central axis of the first conductor is less than a radial distance between the central axis of any of the first polymer wires and the central axis of the first conductor.
