  • Publication number: 20040143351
Abstract: A stock removal workshop for the production of a dental restoration product includes a stock removal machine operable to remove stock material from a blank such that there remains a dental product having the desired geometry requisitioned by a dental practice or a dental laboratory. A stock removal plotter controls the stock removal machine operation and converts requisition data received from the dental practice or the dental laboratory which characterizes a virtual model of the requisitioned dental product into control data for controlling the stock removal machine operation. A geometry following assembly characterizes the geometry of the produced dental product via a geometry following operation and a comparison device compares the geometry characterizing data relating to the produced dental product with the requisition data to determine deviations therebetween.

  • Publication number: 20030157592
Abstract: Isolated nucleic acid molecules, designated TCMRP nucleic acid molecules, which encode novel TCMRPs from e.g. Phycomitrella patens are described. The invention also provides antisense nucleic acid molecules, recombinant expression vectors containing TCMRP nucleic acid molecules, and host cells into which the expression vectors have been introduced. The invention still further provides isolated TCMRPs, mutated TCMRPs, fusion proteins, antigenic peptides and methods for the improvement of production of a desired compound from transformed cells, organisms or plants based on genetic engineering of TCMRP genes in these organisms.

  • Publication number: 20030024003
Abstract: Isolated nucleic acid molecules, designated GDRP nucleic acid molecules, which encode novel GDRPs from Physcomitrella patens are described. The invention also provides antisense nucleic acid molecules, recombinant expression vectors containing GDRP nucleic acid molecules, and host cells and organisms into which the expression vectors have been introduced. The invention still further provides isolated GDRPs, mutated GDRPs, fusion proteins, antigenic peptides and methods for the improvement of production of a desired compound from transformed cells based on genetic engineering of GDRP genes in this organism.

  • Publication number: 20020142422
Abstract: Isolated nucleic acid molecules, designated MP protein nucleic acid molecules, which encode novel MP proteins from e.g. Phycomitrella patens are described. The invention also provides antisense nucleic acid molecules, recombinant expression vectors containing MP protein nucleic acid molecules, and host cells into which the expression vectors have been introduced. The invention still further provides isolated MP proteins, mutated MP proteins, fusion proteins, antigenic peptides and methods for the improvement of production of a desired compound from transformed cells, organisms or plants based on genetic engineering of MP protein genes in these organisms.
