  • Publication number: 20130145788
Abstract: A device for preparing hot water by recovering heat from waste water includes a heat pump which has a compressor and an evaporator. The evaporator supplies thermal energy to a hot water reservoir which is disposed above the compressor. At least one heat pipe thermally connects the hot water reservoir to the compressor of the heat pump and is constructed to dissipate waste heat produced during operation of the compressor to the hot water reservoir.

  • Publication number: 20130074540
Abstract: A device which is used for preparing hot water, in particular for domestic applications, by recovering heat from waste water, preferably waste water from a sink and/or a dishwasher or washing machine includes a heat pump having an evaporator and a condenser, and a waste water container which collects the waste water. The waste water container is placed in thermal contact with the evaporator and constructed as a cylindrical hollow body with a waste water inlet and a waste water outlet. A hot water reservoir is in thermal contact with the condenser. Accommodated in the hollow body of the waste water container is an agitating apparatus, and a valve is provided at the waste water outlet to cut a flow of waste water through the waste water outlet.

  • Publication number: 20110271707
Abstract: An ice maker includes an ice making bowl having at least one compartment in the shape of a rotational body and adapted to freeze water to form ice. A heating facility is assigned to the ice making bowl to heat the compartment. An ice body ejection facility has an ejection element which is maintained under a spring force to seek a contact with a surface region of an ice body for discharging the ice body from the compartment solely by the spring force after the ice body has begun to thaw.

  • Publication number: 20100024442
Abstract: An icemaker for a refrigerator is provided that includes a mold container which may be filled with water, an air space adjacent to a water level in the mold container, and an air humidifying device for increasing the level of humidity in the air above the water level. Water is administered to the mold container and is cooled and ice crystals form when a given crystallization temperature of the water of below zero degrees C is reached.

  • Publication number: 20070141886
Abstract: In an attachment part (13) for an electrical plug-in connection, wherein a frame member (16) is provided having inside surfaces (17) which are formed to essentially match the outside contour of a first electrical connecting element (3), and wherein the frame member (16) can be attached to a second electrical connecting element (6) and forms with its inside surfaces (17) a through opening (18) in the connection direction of the electrical connecting elements (3, 6), and wherein the first electrical connecting element (3) can be guided so as to be freely movable, it is proposed for reducing manufacturing and material costs and for improving compatibility with existing plugs that a safety wire clip (90) is movably connected with the frame member (16), and that the safety wire clip (90) is formed so as to secure a first electrical connecting element (3) connected with the second electrical connecting element (6) so that it cannot be pulled out.
