  • Patent number: 12163342
Abstract: A formwork core for a formwork system for concreting a bell body including a base frame and two corner supports detachably fastened at a variable distance. The corner supports each bear two corner connection panels, which are arranged at a right angle to each other around the corner and can be synchronously retracted and extended without touching each other. The corner supports also bear corner angle pieces, which likewise can be retracted and extended and, in the completely extended state, close the gap between the two associated corner connection panels in order to form a vertical outer shell of the formwork core. The vertical edges of the corner connection panels, which vertical edges are distant from the corner, have screw flanges facing inward. Optionally, at least one side formwork panel can be inserted between the corner connection panels one side.

  • Publication number: 20100164140
Abstract: A battery formwork for the vertical manufacturing of planar precast concrete parts comprising two outer formworks, which are located diametrically opposite and at least one of which is movable, and an inner formwork, which is located between the outer formworks. The inner formwork has at least two side supports, which laterally delimit the concrete part to be manufactured. A floor support of the inner formwork is fixed in its location and delimits the concrete part to be manufactured on the bottom. The floor support is used as the lower reference point for the manufacturing of the precast concrete part. The battery formwork has a horizontally extending height support, which is vertically changeable in its position and which delimits the precast concrete part to be manufactured on top.

  • Patent number: 7545250
Abstract: An anchoring magnet for anchoring onto a magnetic or magnetizable substrate has a plurality of panel-shaped magnet elements extending in parallel fashion and panel-shaped pole elements extending parallel thereto. The magnet and pole elements are clamped alternatingly into an assemblage. The magnet elements have nonmagnetic protective layers. The protective layers are joined exclusively to the magnet elements.

  • Publication number: 20080110330
Abstract: A connector for pouring concrete into concrete formworks includes a piston tube and a filling port tube interconnected with each other and extending at an acute angle with respect to each other. The piston tube is mounted on the formwork or on a flange mountable on the formwork whereby a stopper piston axially movable in the piston tube may form a flush seal on an inside surface of a formwork element. A control unit including a spindle moves the stopper piston to close off a passage between the filling port tube and the piston tube. A quick connect coupling is supported on the filling port tube for connection to a concrete feed line.
