  • Patent number: 12194470
Abstract: An agitator mill having a circular-cylindrical outer stator and an agitator having a circular-cylindrical rotor. The rotor is arranged within the outer stator, and a milling chamber between the rotor and the outer stator. In the milling chamber, a through-flow direction which extends from a feed channel to a discharge channel. Several rotor milling tools are attached to the rotor, wherein several outer-stator milling tools are attached to the outer stator. The outer-stator milling tools are arranged adjacent to and in the circumferential direction and form rows. These rows are arranged parallel to one another on the outer stator. On the side, facing away from the feed channel the outer-stator milling tools of at least one row have a greater radial length than the other outer-stator milling tools. The outer-stator milling tools of each row in the circumferential direction each have the same length.

  • Patent number: 12138632
Abstract: A stirrer mill for processing flowable material to be ground including a mill container, a milling chamber that is delimited by a container wall, a stirrer that can rotate about the center longitudinal axis and has a rotor, and an inner stator arranged within the rotor. A ground material discharge channel is formed between the rotor and an outer wall of the inner stator, via which the ground material is guided to the separation unit and then to an outlet line. The milling chamber is at least partially filled with milling elements. A separation unit is arranged above the inner stator. A ground material discharge chamber is formed after the milling element separation unit, in the flow direction of the ground material. A unit for reducing the volume is attached in the ground material discharge chamber.

  • Publication number: 20200406267
Abstract: A stirrer mill for the treatment of flowable grinding stock. The stirrer mill includes a milling container, a milling chamber delimited by the container wall, and a stirring mechanism having a rotor which rotates about a central longitudinal axis and has an inside diameter (d351). Tools, which extend toward the container wall, are attached to the rotor. The stirrer mill also includes an internal stator arranged inside the rotor. A grinding stock discharge channel is formed, between the rotor and the internal stator, through which the grinding stock passes to a separating device and, thereafter, to a discharge line. The milling chamber is at least partially filled with grinding bodies having a diameter (c). Above the internal stator is arranged a separating device with a diameter (d30). The distance (s) between the rotor and the grinding body separating device is given by the relationship: s=0.5·(d351?d30)?5·c.

  • Patent number: 6487841
Abstract: A method for controlling a ring spinning frame that has a drafting unit, a spindle, and a ring rail is provided. The method involves providing a clamping device for yarn in a position below a cop on the spindle. The method further involves the driving of the drafting unit, the spindle, and the ring rail in coordinated operation. Also included is changing the twisting of the yarn in order to obtain a matched strength during formation of the reverse winding at the end of the winding cop before reaching the cop bottom port within the last phase of the downward movement of the ring rail. Additionally, the yarn is brought into a section of the clamping device, and the spinning frame is slowed to a standstill. A spinning frame is also provided.
