Abstract: A switch for a switching unit for energy supply and distribution includes a first connection and a second connection, each with a cylindrical bolt. The bolts are axially adjacent one another and spaced apart. An annular sleeve with an inner diameter larger than the diameter of the bolts, is arranged in such a way that it can be axially displaced on the bolt of the first connection, and partially on the bolt of the second connection. At least a first contact element is arranged between the surface of the bolt of the first connection and the inner surface of the annular sleeve. At least a second contact element is arranged and constructed in such a way that it can be positioned between the surface of the bolt of the second connection and the inner surface of the annular sleeve.

Abstract: A group protection module for a switchgear arrangement is provided in order to protect a group of load feeders, each having a contactor for connecting or disconnecting a respective load. The group protection module has a circuit breaker for providing short-circuit protection, said circuit breaker being connected to a supply-side input and to a load-side output of the group protection module for connection to a power supply system and for connecting the group of load feeders. The group protection module has a safety evaluation unit via which the circuit breaker can be tripped if a status signal detectable by the respective load feeders indicates that one of the contactors of the load feeders can no longer be de-energized. The group protection module is implemented as a constructional unit.

Abstract: The invention relates to a graphical user interface for controlling a virtual reality (VR) graphics system by means of interactions with a function selection that provides at least two functions, whereby the VR graphics system has a projection device for visualizing a virtual three-dimensional scene, and interactions with the VR graphics system ensue by using at least one interaction unit. Said interaction unit, while interacting with a sensor system for detecting a respective physical-spatial position and/or orientation of the interaction unit, serves to generate and transfer position data inside and/or to the VR graphics system. The inventive graphical user interface comprises, in particular, an interaction element, which is functionally and visually formed from at least two partial elements that each provide a mentioned function selection.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a device for controlling a virtual reality (VR) graphic system using interactive techniques. Said VR graphic system comprises a projection device for visualising virtual three-dimensional scenes and the interaction with the VR graphic system takes place using at least one interactive device, which detects the respective position and/or orientation of the interactive device on a physical spatial trajectory, generates corresponding positional data and transmits said data to a position recorder of the VR graphic system.

Abstract: A rivet setting tool for use with double headed blind rivets comprises a collet assembly adapted to engage a pulling head of the rivet, and abutment members movable between an open position, in which the pulling head of the mandrel of the rivet may be passed through the abutment assembly to be engaged by the collet assembly, and a closed position in which the abutment members provide an abutment to engage the rivet head. The abutment members are mounted for generally axial movement and when a double headed blind rivet is presented axially to the tool, the head of the rivet engages the abutment members, and on the rivet being pushed into the tool so that the pulling head is engaged by the collet assembly, the abutment members are moved axially and are caused to close firmly about the mandrel.
