  • Publication number: 20250129795
Abstract: A fan for generating a cooling air flow has a fan wheel which is rotatably held on a support body. A fastening component having fastening openings for fastening the fan is connected to the support body. An elastic damping element is provided for damping the transmission of vibrations generated during rotation of the fan wheel. The elastic damping element is guided along a guiding device, which is formed between the support body and the fastening component. The elastic damping element and the guiding device are designed to be circumferential. Alternatively, the elastic damping element is designed as a plug-in element which is inserted through passage openings in the support body and the fastening component, as a result of which the support body and the fastening component are held at a distance from one another.
